Pretty sure they are same air kit, but the 3500 also has leafs under the air setup.
 
Just got off the phone with a finance manager and finally got some actual information. Not good news…. But information. My estimated ship date is Monday so I assume maybe built next week sometime? (Hopefully). But it is definitely shipping by boat so I’m very torn. I found one about an hour from home that has most of what I want but not all and it’s scheduled to arrive at the dealership in early April but it’s on a train right now. Not sure if I want to buy that one that is coming by train and lose the color that I want and my bigger alternator or if I want to chance my luck it’s the boat and see how it goes
 
It was a bittersweet day, but I brought my new 2500 home. I'm really going to miss the Hellcat, but I already love this truck.

Thanks again to all of the helpful people on here! And if you're shopping around Western New York (Buffalo area), check out Fredonia Dodge. They are stand-up people and they honored my Affiliate Pricing when other local dealers wouldn't. They also honored the price that was quoted when the truck was ordered.

I hope those of you that have been waiting forever get your trucks soon. It seems crazy that I got my 12/15 order already when so many of you have been waiting months longer.

Ok here is the info on tow mode camera… My 22 limited level 1 did not have camera on order due to restriction. I ordered the camera and it did not work. Video shows what the issue was And explains if your truck will have this option from the factory.. I’m posting on camera thread and build thread due to questions about it on both.. pm me if you have any questions..

a ram case worker told me wensday and Fridays are when the majority of updates are made in the computer system on status updates. those will usually be your best dates for anyavilable information

i imagine so! Ordered Dec 6th, no bed step, but rear air, built and already on 2nd train to Canada! Mega cab limited, the cum, night edition, no sunroof, level 1, rear air, anti spin diff, skid plate, clearance lamps. Should arrive first week in March! I ordered a 2500 though so be a different set up like you said! They said Canadian orders take long, but I have been very happy with the progress and how fast everything went, I must of been lucky

Finally placed an order for 2500 Cummins from Mark Dodge (Kippie was great - very responsive) Sold My Challenger 392 to get it. Its my second Ram I'll sell my 2008 1500 Mega Cab once the new truck comes in. I rarely post but I read the forums and was able to do nearly all of my research here. The people on these forums (Challenger Forums as well) have been the most knowledgable people on these vehicles. Thank you all who post tips and tricks on your trucks. The wait begins.

I have a similar truck on order as yours - ordered about a week prior to you. No build list yet for me as of today. Hopefully they'll be building some 2500 6.4L Crew Cabs soon (although, as many others have noted, there appears to be no rhyme or reason behind what's getting built and when)!

I too order about a week prior but mine is a mega cab. Mine is supposed to build on 3/21. I was hoping to have it 2nd week in april but don't think that's going to happen unless they start building a week or better early

That will unfold next Thursday. You are welcome to check back after that and I will gladly give you the details. At the moment, I am planning to have them meet me at the airport

So the issue was an improperly connected Fakra connector behind the C-pillar trim panel?

(for those that can't watch the video at work) ;)

the air bags look different in the videos I have seen on youtube. The 3500 have that more marshmallow look, like air lift bags, where the 2500 are more like an accordian air bag . Check out this video for the 2500s at the 5:42 mark
and this video at the 3:20 mark for the 3500's
