TPMS (TIS) sensors for trailer (SOLVED - see 1st post) aka TTPMS - Trailer TPMS

I do have XFQ on my build sheet after all. Hope I can add XG9 after the fact some day. Otherwise I guess I buy an aftermarket trailer TPMS like many other RV'ers.
I added XFQ after delivery and it was easy to install but took half a day. The TTPMS is not yet out there for the early adopters, but there is still hope that it will be avalable. There was some talk that the XG9 will be released around 3/2/20. I would tell them to keep that truck and wait until both are orderable.

Can someone remind me how we find our build sheets. Not window sticker the 10-12 pages of build sheets. Thank you.

Like I mentioned above, XG9 is orderable right now. A few guys here, including myself, were able to order with it.

Too late for me, my order's in. I'll have wait to see if it'll be a dealer-installed option in the future.

That's the right plug and socket that they are all using. Attached is the tech sheet for the pin allocation given by SAE. Now we just need to find a source.
With this info we should be able to wire in any camera we want now. They company has a USA devision where I’m sure they will be able to refer a distributor for the plug.

Ironically I was able to find both connectors that are used on the back of the 7/12 module (truck harness):
Aptiv #15514623 (12P)
Aptiv #13626146 (7P)

As both are Aptiv, there is a chance the 12 pins we are looking for might also be Aptiv.

Well, the more I read about this standard (SAE J3008), the more I think that currently only ERICH JAEGER makes that connector. And they seem to also provide cables for all manufacturers out there. So it is possible that right now, those connectors are not available through other sources.
We are stuck with ready-made cables.

I hope I'm wrong.

I had mine added to the build sheet 10 days ago. The 3 electrical divisions that i spoke with that actually make custom plug ins an electrical out fits told me they could not make that plug, YET

I looked on the Erich jaeger website, holy mackerel, how did you find anything, there's thousands of pages of info. Can you give us some info an or pics

I got the upgrade kit for '19 and got it instaled already. But the 12pin is in the bumper, i want one in the bed as well as shown in the pic above from the 2020. Need to see if we can get part numbers for that as well from RAM.

I found the rectangular (frame harness) 12-pin connectors made by Molex. 150 series.

So have we learned how all of us can add this to our 2019 trucks since we were sold this great feature when we ordered??

Just to clarify, you installed the XFQ TTPMS yourself? Where did you get the tire sensors and how much please?
