2022 HD Crowdsourced VIN/Order Tracking

Well, looks like I need to go buy a lotto ticket. Ordered 1/24, went to D1 2/1 with est ship date of 2/26. I must have had the magic combo of parts on the order and got incredibly lucky. Sorry for those waiting a long time. If it’s any consolation, I ordered a f350 on 2 December and after hearing rumors of ford production times getting worse and worse, I rolled the dice and switched my order to the Ram on 24 January.

Pretty basic Laramie 3500 build. Mega cab, SRW, 6.7 SO.

Looks like a lot of orders were updated today. My equipment list just showed up. Ordered on 1/06, hit D1 on 1/24 and est build date of 2/14. So hopefully the date holds firm.

You beat your estimated build date. When the equipment listing shows up that at least means your build has started.
 
Yeah, this is all new to me. As I'm reading the build sheet, its shows its in D2 now.
Glad this forum is around with dedicated enthusiast. Never would've thought we can track the manufacturing side of things.

You may be looking at POC (Priced Order Confirmation) sheet which commonly shows codes such as D1- or ?? - The Equipment List (frequently mis identified as Build Sheet) would not likely show a D or D1 or D2 status as it is generally considered to mean truck is built or at least being built.

Night edition, safety group towing tech, air suspension, 12” Uconnect, power running boards, bed utility group, basically every option except blind spot monitoring (wasn’t available at time of order). So what is process from here? Get a build date, window sticker and estimated delivery date?

What I am finding is that the only significant milestones are the equipment list and window sticker. My order has been in "D1" since 12/13/21. I ask Ram chat for an update on my order 2 days ago and got the exact same reply as you.

Are you guys getting any contact from Ram? When I placed my order, the dealer said Ram would be sending me an email congratulating me ony purchase and giving me a Vin. Dealer said it should be within a week or so. I waited a week and got nothing. Contacted Ram chat and got my vin but still never got any email from Ram. Just curious if it takes them awhile or maybe my contact email is wrong.

Got my vin next day from dealer. Never received an email from ram on anything.
