I have a 2020 3500 6.7 Getting code saying “fuel rail system pressure to low” Truck was at dealer for 20 days they say everything is working like it should be with the fuel system

Truck works perfect until I’m going up an hill doing under 100km and it starts to loose power , and as soon as I let off the fuel or give it some more fuel the truck is fine again

Anyone else have this problem or know what could be the issue?

Also truck is deleted

fuel filters fresh?

have you logged the truck amd sent it to your tuner?

Fuel filter has about 12k on it. Taking in for service soon, The place that tuned my truck told me to bring it in and they would reflash it, I should also mention that this started happening 5 days after truck was deleted

Sounds like a tuning issue to me.... I doubt flashing the same tune over is going to fix that. Hopefully your tunes are from a reputable company that can diagnose the issue and adjust the tune accordingly.

Wait so you had an issue almost right after you deleted it and thought the dealer is the place to go not contact the tuner

Ezlynk is just the hardware platform for installing the tunes, the important part is a competent person writing the tunes that the device flashes. There are plenty of hack jobs out there and others that "steal" tunes from other tuners but don't know how to troubleshoot or adjust if there is an issue.

Yup if they dont offer unlimited support they are usually the hacks

If you could post up who is tuning the truck, it sounds like your tune neesd to be adjusted. The device you used to load the tune should have some type of datalogging feature. You need to log it when the truck is messing up, the log should pick it up.

Sounds like you maybe did not upgrade your lift pump and when the truck starts to lug without the additional push of fuel when the tune is asking for more power/fuel.. it takes a crap. I do not know what or how you went about the process of deleting but this could be a simple re-flash issue, or a ''tried to save some money.. I don't need all that other stuff to delete'' and created a bigger issue for yourself (like having to now do the job twice). I would also think about what RPM it is falling on its face and if you can, data log and send to your tuner. Dealership will put an incompetent monkey under your truck and then you will understand fully what real issues are and can be.

I have no personal experience with them but have heard of them so at least it's not Bubba's backyard tuning...

I guess have them try to re-flash it but I'll be honest, I've flashed my truck ~30 times and never had a bad flash. Do you have SOTF or is it a single tune, if so what HP level is it? If I was a betting man I'd say there is something else going on. Are there any other mods to the truck?

I just have a single tune with 30hp. No other mods to the truck,

You most likely do not have enough fuel coming in for what the tune is asking for at that certain situation. This is a lift pump issue by the sounds of it and is a typical case story as to why one would buy one. Get the Fleece.. super easy install and everything stays just like stock.

I think you are in good hands and they will take care of you. I emailed CCS recently about tuning the 22s and they responded fast. I have read great things about them. Hopefully the shop logs your truck and I bet CCS will have it fixed in no time.

The weird thing about it is, This happened before I took the truck to the dealership for 20 day, Got truck back it worked fine for 4 days and then started happening again

The oem lift pump can pump way more fuel than he needs with his tune

With a 30hp tune it should be enough fuel from the stock lift pump but you cannot rule it out as if you have ever seen yourself or read logs from a monitor, you will note that the stock fuel pressure coming from the stock lift pump gets dangerously low and it is not uncommon at all for the engine to stumble or cut power when the fuel pressure drops to say 2lbs versus the 11+ it should be at for the requested power.
