Are you guys both talking Portland Main? When someone says, “There’s nothing about Portland that isn’t the worst at this point.” I am thinking that person must be speaking about Portland Oregon! Main cannot be that bad, can it?
How did you do this magic besides just contacting Ram Chat? Did you escalate?

if you live where its hot, you want ceramic for sure, it will help keep the heat out. Otherwise it doesnt matter much comparing ceramic to carbon.. I live in Northern Canada, and the tint shop here in the city told me its not nessecary for us northern folks to get ceramic, not much benefit as we dont have the heat like you guys do. When its hot here, we want to enjoy that heat lol. I would just be spending more money to get it.

sounds like it was already being built and they played him, doesnt it take longer than that to build it than the timeframe that happened? lol
It probably was in process of being built as standard line time is 20 hours under normal conditions.

Yep, like Firewall said, it’s ready to be shipped but there’s a delay. Mine was built and ready last Tuesday 1/18 and has been KZLD since Wednesday 1/19. Hoping this delay doesn’t last too much longer. The last week has felt like an eternity knowing the truck is built and just sitting there.

I kept asking why if all the parts had been sequestered since the middle of October why the truck hadn't found a spot on the assembly line. After many versions of that question the agent offered to escalate. Everything else happened from that. In fairness, my sales guy did say he thought it would be built by the end of January when I asked for a status update just after Christmas. Probably just my time.
heck yes. Love the chrome wouldn’t order mine any other way. The painted bumpers just don’t hold up without spending more $$ on coatings and films.Another chrome fan...
