So after dealing with Ram Chat on Monday I received an email FCA customer service last night. They had contacted the factory and "prioritized" my build. I thought it was just to appease me, and it may well have been. But I just got an email from the salesman at MD letting me know my truck was built an waiting for final inspection and transport. Does anyone know how they transport to Lake Charles?

funny I called yesterday after receiving conflicting information from ram chat how I went backwards and gathering parts. called customer service yeaterday since dealer hasn't given me ny updates and she told me I have been d1 for days and bo movement in 47 days she would escalate for update on what's hold up. us customer care emailed me this morning saying all parts are there and I will be entering build soon. so everyone please don't listen to ram chat and even some customer service on the contact number because she also told me everyone interprets the information differently and just frustrates us even more. so I'm over updates unless it's from a reliable source.

Order what you want - I dont think 2WD will be a holdup - cheaper and a bit more payload than 4WD. But 4WD is nice esp if you get in mud while loading.

I'm not sure if it helps or hurts to look at the window sticker I printed out. It is like being married to my exwife again. I used to tell people if I only had 1 day left to live, I wanted to spend it with her. Because everyday was like an eternity

St. Helens CJDR. I considered Gresham, where I bought my '11 1500, but the sales manager I went through back then is now the owner of St. Helens. He's easy to work with and, although there are better deals out there further away, is getting me down to invoice without having to go too far.

It seems like this rail yard has always been a problem, back when I bought my '18 3500 ron tonkin had one in transit that I was interested in buying, they said it was down at the rail yard and would be at the dealer in a few days. 3 weeks later I bought a truck from another dealer, I was done waiting, lol

So my truck is built and was to ship on 01/17. Finally emailed my salesman asking for an update. He sends me this text "Your truck is sitting waiting to be put on a rail car. We have a ton of trucks waiting to be loaded onto rail cars due to weather."

I am wondering what weather is he talking about

Hopefully one of you guys can chime in.
So today my satellite radio stopped working. Says, “satellite hardware error”. Is this something simple I can fix? I’ve had to turn the truck off several times on my drive but same error.
The other issue, little white knuckle type, thankfully only happened once. While driving late night on the freeway using adaptive cruise and NO TRAFFIC IN FRONT OF ME the truck all of a sudden has a bell, a red alert flashed and the brakes came on pretty hard. It was as if it thought I was going to run into someone but as I said no traffic was in front of me anywhere.
