Standard text at bottom of POC - Later POC showed $1200 increase. Dealer honored original quote based on original (lower) POC sheet and never mentioned increase. Others have reported Dealers increasing price, but mostly honoring original quote. Talk to dealer, get it in writing, ask about Price Protection, or go to a different dealer. Ask here for someone in your area who has dealt with this issue at your dealer / his dealer and how it worked. Prices have gone up since September so lots of buyers have experience in this area. Thanks for the reply. I intend to get it in writing. As of now I am dealing with well known volume dealers but I've never ordered a vehicle before. I am getting quotes with great pricing that you mentioned. All quotes I've received have that clause at the bottom that reads " this is not an invoice..... Orders are accepted when vehicle is shipped by the factory" . If I can't get something in writing saying they will honor quotes prices, I'm out. I was just wondering if others are actually locking in their quotes prices.
I just got off the phone with the salesman and was told all of that as well. You got that all in writing?I just ordered my truck. Dealer told me that they will honor the pricing, and I have this in writing. The finance guy also told me that he will look for any available discounts/rebates at time time of delivery and apply those.
Super excited to move up from a 2014 Tradesman 1500 Ecodiesel to a 2022 Laramie 2500 Hemi

I am dealing with Mark dodge and that is why I was asking here, to see what standard practice is. Heard nothing but good things but experience has taught me that there is always a catch.Standard text at bottom of POC - Later POC showed $1200 increase. This would be funny if it wasn't so sad.Thought I’d reach out to Ramchat to see what they had to say. This just keeps adding to the terrible info they put out. Never trust them

MD told me price is locked on order/1000 deposit/acceptance. I ordered on 11/17.I am dealing with Mark dodge and that is why I was asking here, to see what standard practice is. Heard nothing but good things but experience has taught me that there is always a catch.
A lot of us purchased through Mark Dodge. The text you see at the bottom is what all of the dealers use at the bottom. Mine had it too. MD didn’t even bring up any price increases. I just filled out all the contract and had the zoom call several days ago. Order went in on October 16. We all know there have been several price increases yet as I said 5hey weren’t even mentioned they just honored their quote.I am dealing with Mark dodge and that is why I was asking here, to see what standard practice is. Thanks for the video. Interesting and brings back a lot of memories for me. Didn't build Daimler plants, just GM, Ford & Toyota in the auto industries. For those of you still waiting, like me, here is a video about Saltillo plant. A few years old (still calling it Daimler) but still interesting and a good way to kill 7 minutes of your wait.

I had two pieces of paper, first one was the build sheet with price signed by myself and the sales manager, it had a spot where it said price could change. Second sheet was the payment sheet and showed my deposit, all taxes and fees, and total cost out the door. This one had nothing saying price could increase and even thought my MSRP came in higher my price stayed at the agreed upon price with no questions. For those of you ordering trucks, are you able to lock in your pricing at the time of order? All of my build quotes are saying that pricing is subject to change and I'm being given a 25-30 week tentative window of delivery. At what point is the pricing not subject to change. I'm not comfortable putting up a 1000 dollar non refundable deposit and not knowing what my final price will end up.
Behind a pay wall. Apparently I have used all my free articles.
I am so expletive here pissed! Stellantis doesn’t think we should get a manual with a vehicle that MSRP is 94k! They want you to use an app! I don’t like having a ton of apps. And for their key connect I think it’s subscription based!
With an app they get your email and the right to sell your info to 3rd parties! I read the terms and conditions. I haven’t found the way to deselect all the crap they want to send but so far as I can tell I want none of it but I do want my manual. I don’t want to read it on my phones 2.5”x5” screen either! What BS company does that for 94k! My 2019 BMW has an app and it’s free and awesome when it works. Of course it fails every now and then but only when you need it. What do you think the ram app is going to do! ****oles! Also I’m all the time in places where you can’t get cell reception. At least with the BMW app I don’t get any emails or notifications that there something they want to sell me.
I am soooooo pissed. Expletive Ram and Stellantis!
