Mega cab owners

To those of you with mega cabs. Could you take a look behind the rear seats and see if you have a trim piece that runs side to side under the window.

Not sure if I am missing trim, or this is the design. It has a type of trim on the DS, but not the middle or PS. Doesn’t look right to me

My truck is 1300mi away from me right now. I'll check for you when I get back.
But if memory serves me correct, I think that one piece hides the cable that moves the slider.

2020 Megacab, I seem to be missing the same piece as well. I picked my truck up used and thought maybe the previous owner pulled it off. Guess that’s how they come?

My 2021 Laramie has only the driver's side. Maybe it is trim level dependent.

My 2020 Crew Cab Laramie also has only that one side covered. I've always assumed it was to prevent anything from impeding the sliding window and wouldn't have had a purpose on the other side.

I received my truck from the transporter yesterday ... with 30 miles on the odometer. Going to do some more digging, but keep the replies coming.

Its off the RAM website. I believe(I did a Google Image Search).. I had a 2019 3500 MegaCab BigHorn but I cant remember how that trim looked.

That stock image has 2010 in the name of the file, and while that doesn't 100% mean it is that old, it seems likely.

It's the same on my Crew Cab
