Ordered a total of 3 trucks today from Mark Dodge. Local North TX dealers missed out for not wanting to come off sticker any.

I'm at 33 weeks today and no truck. In 7 more days it will be a full 8 months. I have found that Ramchat is a waste of time. You may be one of the luckier ones though.

Have you asked your salesman for a POC yet? That's a pretty long time with no movement.

If you know the rail car number, you can use the automated system. Call 800-235-2352. The system will ask you for the data you want (location or weight), then ask for the car initials, then finally the car number.

BTW, No fault of their own, but the dealer is not going to reach out to you to inform you if one of your random wanted options becomes available again. Especially if you already ordered a Limited. You'll have to check it out with them periodically or scour the news here...or both.

Andrea from mark dodge is the one who emailed me on dec 9th that NE was available before i posted it on here. Some dealers are better than others.

Truck was built 11-19, arrived by rail in McCalla Alabama on about 12-4, waiting on truck transport to my dealer in Laurel, Ms. ever since. Less than 3 hours away and can't get it. Dealer can't or won't do anything about it.

I just checked with Ram Chat. My truck is still “in scheduling with parts being gathered”, so no movement. Of course it is Ram Chat, so I plan on reaching out to Sandi to verify.

Did anyone elses truck come with these blue marks all over the truck? I tried washing the truck and they didn't come off.

Use your fingernail and they will come off, QC check marks.

Yes go to ram site click on towing and payload and enter vin.

Wow! As I said I listed my existing truck today. (In my signature is the description) but a ‘06 Laramie Cummins 4x4. The autotrader add will go live tomorrow and the Facebook marketplace went live around 4:30 today. Someone came by at 6:00 and I think they’ll probably buy it but they want a day to think. It’s listed at $31,000 and I told them I’m firm with the price.
It’s crazy how it’s worth so much. I bet it’ll sell in a week without me having to lower my price.

I sold my 126k original miles clean 99 f350 srw 4x4 lbcc lariat in June for 23,500 cash. but u could eat off every part of my truck and had a bullet proof john woods built transmission.

Out of curiosity, are there a bunch of people waiting on orders from May/June/July/August still? I have a June Limited 1500 order in, with zero movement. I'm thinking of ordering a Limited 2500 to try to get a truck for myself.

If you are thinking about going to a 2500 I would say now is the time. Trucks are going to be more expensive in the Future. I love my 2500 vs 1500. I do pull things with it but still find a lot of use for needed at 2500 vs a 1500

Well…. No callback or email from customer service “brand mentor” as promised today. Called customer care and was given the same old song and dance. Told the rep I’d not received any update and she finally gave me a case number and told me they were looking into my issue and I could call back in 24-48 hours and they would have an update.

Window sticker issued a full month ago and still waiting for truck to ship. Literally sitting a 4 hour drive away and no movement for 30+ days!! I’ll probably call Wednesday, like an idiot, hoping for an update. But I should probably put it all out of my mind… that’s when the truck come will show up.
