Is anyone running a 30" Baja ONX6 light bar in the bumper? Looking for some honest feedback on the light, preferably from someone that has run other light bars as well. I'm trying to talk myself into (or out of) purchasing one. I currently have a cheap auxbeam 30" bar that I have been running for ~5 years (it gets used almost daily use) and it honestly is pretty darn bright and works great but I can't leave well enough alone and looking for the next "upgrade" for the truck.

I have baja designs Squadron Sport and Pro cubes as well and while they work good I can't say they are ~10x the price good. Hence looking for feedback from someone that has swapped over from another brand of light bar so I can get a before and after opinion.

Thanks.

I don't have a good answer on the ONX6. But, I will mention that I've been pretty impressed with Diode Dynamics stuff. They are reasonably priced and reasonably bright. I doubt that will help you here; they don't offer a curved lightbar. Their pod lights are the brightest out there, though.

Yeah, I've seen those pretty impressive. I was looking at the Baja based on it's great integration in the bumper with the CJC offroad kit.

I agree... that integration really makes me want to explore whether DD SS3 pods would work with the CJC kit. It almost makes me want to buy the lights and the kit, just to figure it out. Using their SS3 PRO in the wide/fog pattern would be almost twice the light of the squadron pros and also be SAE compliant... which would be cool. Anyway, I'm not being any help here. Sorry I don't have any information useful to your search.

I appreciate the conversation on it, including other options. Just didn't want someone to comment "it's an awesome light bar" without some sort of background to compare it to. A multi pod option would be great but I have yet to find one that would fit, I like the idea though. Would give you a little more flexibility aiming the individual lights.

The DD ss3 pods will fit in the fog light pocket’s of the 5th gen rams just like the CJC kit. Now as far as the light bar in the bumper between the fog lights, they don’t make a kit for that. I actually have a set of brackets coming sometime im going to try and use to mount a DD 18” bar between the tow hooks.

Yeah, I have the dual Baja pods in my fog light housing now. Let us know how the light bar works out.
