2 yrs Free Oil Changes from Ram?

When I login I don't see anything regarding the Ram Care Program. Is this available for all states? I have a 2020 3500 laramie

Hi TheRAMadaINN,

Thank you for following up! Per the Ram Cares FAQ, "If they cannot view the Ram Care link within the Care Menu, the user should first make sure they are logged in at mopar.com/ramtrucks. If the user has just enrolled and logged in, and cannot access their full Ram Care member account page, they should try again after 72 hours to allow for system processing. If the owner's full member account page is still not accessible, the user should contact Ram Care support at 1-866-932-3878."

I just sent you a PM with 2 questions related to this topic. My Ram Truck Owners Dashboard shows that I do not own my truck....
I have made a few payments, I kind of feel like I share ownership with the bank on this truck :)

Hi Lary0071.

Just had a chance to respond to your PM!

Thank you. I did call the number, the lady I spoke to needs to send the request to another dept to find out why in my account, it says that I am a "non-owner" of my Ram 2500. I attached a screen shot.... look at the dark bar on the bottom of the page, it explains that I am a non owner :D

As for the oil change thing.... Texas only. So she says that since I am a Pa truck buyer, it is a no-go.

Mine also shows that I am a non-owner, even though I bought it several months ago.

Mine did that too. 5 minutes with the Ram chat folks fixed it.

I show as the owner, but I don't see anything about care or ram care in my menu.

I'm guessing that it's only shown to Texas purchasers. Are you by chance a Texan who is living and who bought in the great state of Texas?

I am not. So, I guess that's it. Seems weird that it would be only Texas. Another poster compared it to the Jeep waves, which I have had and works anywhere.

I'm new to this chat but i just got off the horn with ram chat as my build is in D1status. I asked them about ram care an I know that my particular model will qualify. A also told them I knew about the Texas restriction but several have posted that it's been opened up also to the lower 48. He said that it was still only available to Texans an if I wanted it for purchase it was 150 year.
