Price negotiated from MSRP

Reached out to MD and Chapman about ordering a 3500: Been waiting nearly 2 days from MD for pricing, I'll give Chapman some time as I just emailed them this afternoon. I figure 3 business days should be solid for a dealer that wants business?
As far as MD and virtual order, Sandi mentioned how incredibly slammed they were and they were working on training up new staff.

I would be patient with MD they will make it worth the wait.

I ordered my truck through Sandi at Mark Dodge on 12/16 and her response time was very quick. I called her first and left a message, she called back within minutes and sent me an email to make sure I had her correct email address and from there it was done in a couple of hours. Sandi is extremely knowledgeable and helpful so I highly recommend her.

For anyone shopping on the east coast. I shopped every dealer and Koons of Tysons Corner actually beat MD by nearly 2k. I recently ordered a 2022 Big Horn fully loaded, HO long bed.

Make sure they’ll lock the price in too, to prevent you from MSRP increases.

I contacted them a few weeks ago to see what they would do on an order. After a few calls and emails I told told them the deal MD was willing to do and sent them my build sheet, the salesman said he would talk to the manager for pricing on my build. When he called back he said they wouldn't even give me a quote, and they wont sell at those prices. So I'll fly to LA and drive it back. I dealt with Renea at MD and she has been awesome.
Here's my deal: MSRP $62,375 Discounted to $55,146
3500 Big Horn, CCSB, 6.4, 4X4, 4:10, Level A gp, Night Edt, Bucket seats, Running boards, Cargo camera, Bed liner, 5th wheel prep , Heated seats, Clarence lamps, Trailer TPMS, Remote start, Wheel liners, Bed lighting, Fog lamps, 115v outlet, rear defrost.

Did you email Ashlie direct? She has never taken more than a day to get back to me since I ordered.
yea - emailed her direct per the email address that was recently posted for her. Still haven't heard back from her as of almost 1pm CST.

2 days for MD seems odd. They are usually on it. I deal with Aaron. Last time I reached out for a quote, he was busy, so he passed it to Sandi to quote me quicker.
They finally got back to me yesterday afternoon - $9100 off MSRP, which is just above EP for the build I inquired about.

Not sure how some of these dealers are offering prices at ep.. I'm an ep and some of the dealers around here won't even honor the ep price..

What is Sandi's email address over at Mark Dodge? I'm looking to trade-in my 2019 2500 Hemi and order basically the same truck but with the Cummins. Local dealers are low-balling the heck out of my current truck. Anyone have insight into what you're getting as far as trade-in value compared to NADA and KBB prices?

Mark Dodge will low ball you too. They are selling the new ones cheap, can’t have it both ways. I say sell you current truck privately to get top $ and order a new one from them to get best deal.

Jeez.....whats to talk about here. Everyone knows you get a better price selling yourself.

Here in Scottsdale Arizona I got $2450 off of a $74800 Ram 2500. That was the best deal I could find in the southwest, found some in California that had $10,000 mark up and a dealer in Las Vegas that would not sell to anyone outside of Nevada.

It is my understanding the Chapman was pretty competitive in Scottsdale, did you send a build to Andrea at Chapman?
