Supposedly.....As far as I've seen it's 99 dealer order or 01 sold order.. sold order supposedly take priority.
And still nothing....Still no truck for me....... dealer won’t even try and track it down. Getting real fed up with this
I would venture to guess that sold or custom orders all together don’t even come close to 20% then consider that most even in this bucket are either getting their vehicles in a timely fashion or are simply ok with the long waits (because they are smarter than me and didn’t sell their truck when the dealer said they had a delivery date) then the group of angry customers becomes very small and ultimately irrelevant.I agree totally with what you said. 20% of their base customers has to be huge numbers but less then several hundred of us here on just this one forum. We’re nothing.
No, poor QA on my part, just found a discrepancy.@buzzuti, I wanted to reply to you fine job of data collection & it said the post could not be found. Did you make someone mad??????????
Lucky dogMy Laramie ordered 9/2… built 11/23… with Tow Tech B, BSM, level B, night edition, 5th wheel prep and bed liner … which are some of the options that were supposed to be hold ups… arrived at the dealership 12/24…
I mean it may have been your truck did you get a mega longhorn? When was this??? Just wanted to make sure it did not occur in the back of MY TRUCK!! LOL

It’s sad actually. I have purchased only a quarter million dollars of Chrysler product on my own and at least another 20 vehicles for friends that bought the diesel after hanging with me. You would think that Stellantis from top to bottom could do better.I would venture to guess that sold or custom orders all together don’t even come close to 20% then consider that most even in this bucket are either getting their vehicles in a timely fashion or are simply ok with the long waits (because they are smarter than me and didn’t sell their truck when the dealer said they had a delivery date) then the group of angry customers becomes very small and ultimately irrelevant.
Is that Maximum Steel? I have to say, ‘The Grey Ghost’ is gonna be bitchen! I almost went with Maximum Steel and I think I maybe regretting changing my mind to Patriot Blue.Ordered 2022 Big Horn Hemi 11/22 hit Mark Dodge today for pickup next week, yes the struggle is real… Thanks to Officer Dirty, BV 10 and Scubaz66 for the checklist, great forum leadership and participants. Thuren 1/2 inch lower springs, stabilizers and shocks will be added as well as 285’s once the Grey Ghost makes it back to the Salmon, Crabbing and Oyster seashore of her home in Washington.
Cheers!
Ya all we hear in the office is the buzzwords of being more “customer centric” but going through the order process I can see that the mark has been missed by miles wish they actually cared, but they are too big and even farm out all of the customer service to salesforce as a third party just adding extra layers to the lack of information and ensuring that they can cushion themselves from hearing the bad parts we do hear the bad parts but it’s all 3rd or 4th hand and watered down and altered before anyone of consequence hears itIt’s sad actually. Renae from MD managed my expectations from the first day telling me I would be waiting at least 20 weeks. Now I should be getting it in ONLY 14 weeks so I feel lucky. Some of us brothers in this struggle were told a line of BS by their sales folks and are now pissed.
Customer appreciation and service is a thing of the past. I treat ALL my clientele like I would like to be treated. Better actually.
Cramming a few things in with this postAs far as I've seen it's 99 dealer order or 01 sold order.. sold order supposedly take priority.

Yup mostly irritating for older orders. I’m just kidding thanks for putting that together, obviously skewed heavily based on only delivered orders but the average days to delivery match up with what I was originally told by the dealer before they missed the mark by a mile… now at 22 weeks and not even on the schedule plus figure about 30 days for delivery to the northern states and probably 14+ to get the running boards I now regret having on the order mine will be a very heavy outlier from this data set#FunFacts
FWIW
OK, Let me attempt to salvage credibility here and post accurate data (versus poor QA numbers which I posted earlier, and deleted)...
Playing with the spreadsheet doing some pivots to look at month over month average delivery times on model, trim, cab type, and engine from July to October
(only 1 delivered from a November order so far, a gas Power Wagon which took 60 days)
This will give everyone an idea of the fact that things are trending the right way
This may give some an idea on how they choose to order (trim etc)
Thing to keep in mind, there are seriously such a myriad of variables at play here, and out dataset only has so many data points, however it has enough to gain some fun insights.

Hopefully this provides some insight to ya'll.
Hopefully it doesn't irritate any of the order long haulers out there, crossing fingers for ya!
@buzzuti Is this from order date or start of production?#FunFacts
