2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

Definitely sounds like an issue with the ANC. Maybe a mic isn't working right. Rolling down the windows turns off the ANC, so that is why it stops with a window down. I would have the dealer look at it.

I thought I saw in another thread that someone else had this issue and after looking at the fuses he found that a lot of them were not pushed in all the way. He pushed them in and it fixed the problem.

Some have also said that they found the same issue when picking up the truck from the dealership.

I find it somewhat funny that some think that their lives are that important that requires “big brother” to listen.

I was thinking same! They would prob listen all of 10 mins of my conversation and then quit recording! But, I completely understand some people’s view on privacy! Back to topic:

MY TRUCK HAS ARRIVED in Port Allen. One step closer!!!

Did know Amazon was in the Software Business. I thought they were just a reseller of consumer products for every business on the globe.
I am a software developer and Amazon pretty much owns "The Cloud", they are very much in the software space with AWS (Amazon Web Services, their cloud software products).
Amazon easily runs > 50% of the internet.

This news is really just marketing IMO, good nonetheless however, this announcement honestly benefits Amazon more really, gets Stellantis out of running their own infrastructure, moves their IT costs from a Capital Expense to Operating Expenses. Stellantis is basically going from running their own Private Cloud to a Public Cloud (AWS. or hybrid version therein)

We, through Stellantis, gains all sorts of geolocation redundancies in their software solutions, higher availability, blah blah blah tech jargon. :)
It's kinda of amazes me that they already weren't running on AWS or Azure (Microsofts Cloud offering).
It's a win for all in a nutshell.

Order Date: 12/22/2021
VIN Date: 12/28/2021

Was just communicated that the order went to D1.
Production Date: 2/2/2022

Sandi "I Rock Service" from (Mark Dodge) communicated that from her perspective orders, at least the orders she is dealing with, are beginning to flow very well.

Maybe they are finding a groove in being lean and flexible when dealing with parts and availability.
Hope some of you long haulers start to get some movement!

That is fast. I ordered through Sandi on 11/17 and my build date is 1/26. Might be a few of us getting to Louisiana at the same time.

For anyone looking to pickup their truck (no pun intended) between now and 3/5/22 the TrueCar incentive of $500 is renewed
I also went into the fca affiliates site and was able to get the a control number for tread lightly that is valid through 1/3/23. If anyone purchased the tread lightly membership in the last 12 months, you may be eligible. Hope this help.

Just got off the phone with Aaron at Mark Dodge. There is definitely a good reason that everyone raves about Mark Dodge and it’s should be noted, it’s not only pricing it’s customer service.
I’m expecting my truck to get there around the end of the month. He’s gonna have his finance guy get me all the finance and warranty info tomorrow.
When we were done speaking he recommended I send him an email every week asking for a status update. This was his unbidden suggestion! I will avail myself of this in 10 days and once again around the 22nd for travel purposes.
He also suggested I figure out the true car thing some of you guys spoke of.
If anybody has a link please share it.

I believe that I googled TrueCare. I bookmarked the page. When mine gets closer I'll be looking to see if it works then,

Just heard from salesman. Truck is currently in route through southern Idaho headed to Hinkle Oregon and then on to Spokane. Eta is sometime middle to end of Jan. Ordered 10-8. 2500 Laramie, 6.7, Sport Package, Off-Road, 20" wheels, Etc.
Still pissed I couldn't get the Night Edition when I ordered but guess I'm lucky to be getting a truck. ;)

Little off topic, but does anyone know if Mark Dodge will pick you up at Houston airport and take you back to the dealership? Or is the only option for them to meet you there with your new truck?

You go away from this forum and the unread messages really pile up!

Update: Really love the 3500.

One issue I have I’m hoping you all can help quick without violating forum rules. I recall reading about piped in artificial noise in the cab on Limited somewhere here but can’t find it.

When truck first starts, and is cold (I’m in the North, Ohio) I hear this loud bass/baritone sound. It is weird and annoying. All I have to do to get rid of it is open a window or few. It goes away.

If we all think this is indeed a noise counterbalance/cancellation feature, any advice on how to turn it off?

Finally got my 2022 Ram 2500 and after a few days it started making a thumping noise like a bass drum. Goes away when the window is halfway down or door is opened. I’m guessing it’s the active noise cancellation. Anybody know if there is a flash that fixes this or should I just pull the pins from the harness for them mics?
My 3500 has the same isue.

ram chat said the plant is shut down till feb. Have you guys heard that?
Also looks like in finally in D1 staus per sandi. 3C6UR5ML4NG162264
