Wondering about build time

Hello all! First post here as I am soon to be (hopefully) a Power Wagon owner. I ordered a Level 3 on Christmas Eve. I guess I'm just wondering if anyone has any insight as to the possible timeframe for delivery I could be facing. My dealer said that he would let me know when it goes into D1 status, but that would probably be in a week or two. Anyone else order one recently? How long was the build time?

I ordered my PW on Veteran's day and my dealer (Mark Dodge) said to check for an update after the new year. I figure I'll request my first status update on the 11th. That will give it two months to hopefully make some progress. In my mind, I plan on it being done sometime late Feb or Mar.

Best source of information on historical build/delivery times is here:

Sort on the "Trim" column and take a look at the Power Wagons. Looks like about 24 ordered and 15 delivered so far. You can see the order date and the delivery date. Based on a quick look, it appears 4-5 months is pretty common with a few lucky folks getting theirs in just over 2 months.

I wouldn't get my hopes up on going to D1 in "a week or two".

Thanks for the info!! I was guessing it would be around 3 months, but it looks like it will be longer.

Ok. I was hoping I would hear something a little sooner than that, but I suppose it is what it is. Thanks for the response!
 
I was one of the lucky fast ones; it was pretty quick. Ordered 10/18, delivered to the dealer this week on 12/28. It is a fairly well-optioned Power Wagon L2.

I ordered my PW w/ L3 package on 11/1/21. It was built in Mexico and was delivered to my dealer on 12/30. I picked it up 12/31. Good luck!

Some are Michigan, mine was Mexico. You can tell by certain letters/digits in the Vin. I will see if I can recall what they were.

Gotcha. I wonder if it matters where you ordered from? I ordered mine in Michigan, so I'm hoping it's built in Warren. Cut down on the delivery time.
 
I ordered my lvl 3 on 10/8 and I now have an estimated ship date of 1/8 we will see if that holds true

I ordered Dec. 11 and my Production Date is Jan. 19
