I was trying to find out more about this, so I went back and tried to pull up this website. It's no longer loading. Site is DOA. Anyone know if they are still doing the 2 years free service? I asked the sales guy about it in passing when I picked up the truck last week. He knew nothing about it.

She exists! Now I just have to make it through the holidays with the in-laws so I can go pick her up next week.

Mine went KZ on 12/13. Salesman emailed me last week that still waiting on a ship date. Thought Dave Smith, 'Largest Ram Dealer in the World', would have a little more clout in getting a truck delivered? :mad:
 
@brv10 if the plant is shut down this week for Christmas, are they still loading the rail cars? Ramchat says in the shipping stage, but knows nothing other than that.

Mine is Galeana in Fort Myers. My estimated delivery date is 1-13 to 1-27. My truck was on a rail car at the U.S./Mexican border at 2:50 AM today. I guess it 's at least in the U.S. now.

I’d start with RamChat to see their response. If it’s gathering parts, leave your dealer alone. Once you see RamChat tell you parts have been gathered, then contact your dealer for updated POC. It’ll have a date for build/shipping.

I just checked with RamChat and they indicated all parts have been gathered and my truck should be entering build process shortly. Thanks.
