Nah it was The right one but it got scalped by a wannabe. Aaron and Sandi got it fixed.

That's awesome. I was told from 10-22 through 11-09 when I did order that Night edition was not avail on a Laramie. Had to go with Limited.
I wanted to get a Laramie for the 8.4" screen so the seat heaters and vents are buttons, not hidden in the screen menus. But now after being that a Limited is ordered I've been letting it grow on me. Don't want to start over now.
Plus I looked into the builder more on the RAM website. Getting a Laramie with 8.4 screen means I cannot get the power deployable steps. If I select those steps it goes to the high level group with 17 speakers and all the safety lane assist and braking when in cruise control plus that 12" screen anyway. I didn't want all that. Best case would have been to keep the lower level package with 8.4" screen and add the power deployable steps after market. But like I said I'm over a month in and keeping it going.

So Ship date was 12/23 on my 3500 Mega and they just pushed it to 1/6.... Had hopes it would at least get built this year but that went south lol......

The fuel ecomomy is really suffering right now. LOL
The fit and finish is flawless.
I've walked around the truck more times than I can count look'n for flaws.
Haven't found any. (yet)

That 6.4 is one bad a$$ mo fo! I had a 15' challenger scat pack with it and straight piped it and WOW!! Got it to 140MPH and it was LOUD as hell.

When you buy a 6.4 your not really looking for an economy rig....:)

I've been spoiled for 30yrs. HA!
I had a company provided van and didn't have to buy gas or diesel for my personnel car/truck, as the fuel card was part of my package.
Cell phone to.
Recently retired, so spending my money on fuel is different for me.
And yes, the 6.4 is a thirsty girl, but I don't mind.
I'll feed her. LOL
 
I got the congrats e mail from ram, does that mean anything on my build status or just a friendly e mail?

I think it's just an appeasement letter where many people older than our vins and in the 16s are getting tired of waiting and no communication.

I also got the email today and I don't know if was coincidental or not since my truck went to D1 on Monday with an estimated ship date of 1/15

So far it has been just under 2 months with going to D1 at 1 1/2 months. I'm willing to bet it will beat the 6 month mark.
 
Something I noticed on my build sheet today and found it on a couple of other build sheets was it said D1 to D regress. Mine went from D to D1 to D then back to D1. Not sure why that is on the build sheet, but maybe some of the members know?

You would think once it hit D1 you would be good to build. For some reason, it seems like they reallocate parts and push you back. Some of us also have D to BG status as well. No idea why!
