LOL Contacted RAM Chat this morning. I can provided RAM Chat more information regarding my truck than they can provide me. I wouldn't waste my time trying to get information from them, because the folks on this Forum know more about the way this process works than RAM themselves....... They did however congratulate me on my color choice. How sweet of them to notice......

Ordered my 3500 HO Laramie NE SRW on June 25th. Went to Status D on September 15th. First contacted Ram Care Chat on October 21 when they “opened a case”. Dealer told me my build date was Dec 21 in the beginning of November and I didn’t believe him! Got this email today from them so I’m trying to figure out if this is progress?

wow looking at the spread sheet it definitely seems to be a shipping issue at this point.
Feel bad for those that ordered way before me. lots of window stickers, but not pickup confirmations.

I expect that I won't hear about a lot of trucks which arrived at dealers. As much as I want to collect the best information possible I don't blame members for being less focused on the spreadsheet and threads about orders once they receive their trucks.

I've thought about reaching out to folks who had window stickers show up a looong time ago but haven't confirmed they got their trucks. But, I don't want to be a hassle. Or frankly to go through that much effort. I'm just thankful for those folks who do report they got their truck.

My dealership has a 72 hour turn around for their truck transport to pick up and get it to their lot. Mine was delivered on the 3rd day (and this is business days). Not sure if your dealer is any dif. Good Luck!

Wow talk about getting left hanging! I hadn’t thought of that either. That is a massive list to go through, perhaps tabbing it out by order month may help with congestion and sorting through closing out. Still it’d be a task plus relying on responses…

Heres wishing for rapid movement of the early orders to quick delivery.

Well, I appreciate all of the work you have put into the spreadsheet.. This is the 1st vehicle I have ever ordered, so this has been very exciting as well as informative . I will make sure and post when I pick up my truck along with some pictures...

Oh wow, that would be great.. im not sure what the turn around is for mine.. I will say up until lately i have not been satisfied with the dealer at all. My original salesman quit, so I was kinda lost in translation for a bit. The one who ended up taking over has been doing a pretty good job of updating me. Navarre Ram out of Sulpher LA..

I expect that there are a fair number that have been delivered but didn't notify you to update the spreadsheet. That said, I know that there are still some old orders in the wind.

Maybe you could make a new thread in the main forum asking folks to let you know that they've gotten their trucks. A whole lot easier than reaching out to each individually. Just a thought.

It's a shame that you go out of your way to keep this spreadsheet up to date for the members, but once they get what they want, they have no desire to come back to you with a delivery date or update the sheet themselves. Last time I looked there was only 1-2 actual delivered vehicles on this speadsheet and I know that is BS because I've watched many members take delivery of their trucks over the past couple months. I'll keep you posted once mine has actually been delivered so you can update the spreadsheet.
