those tiny holes would be for the screws. Surround view cameras are in the side mirrors, front grille, and tailgate handle.

I placed my order October 19th, and got my VIN about a week later. This morning I got an e-mail from my salesman saying my truck popped up on his list with an estimated shipping date, January 12th. From what I've read here, that's the date when it's supposed to go to the rail yard and start the process of getting loaded into a rail car and then getting that car on the right train. I guess I should have it towards the end of February with any luck.
I've tried a few times to use my VIN on the MoPar site to get a manual without luck. I mentioned this to the salesman and he sent me one. It's a real page turner.

Looked through your equipment list also and do not see the Tow-Mode Digital RR View Mirror Pkg (AVF). You do have the Digital rear view mirror, the surround view and trailer reverse guidance. But not exactly what I was referring to. Who knows what parts RAM is missing to build each and every truck? (that's rhetorical) (haha this site is so awesome, someone will try to answer it)

@Ickabod has it though. so it must be available at least somewhat.

Since i already had the digital rearview mirror in a package i was able to order the to mode camera wired separately. XH7 msrp 450.00. you can look for that code as well and might find it. hopes this helps someone. it was a 950.00 option for the rear view mirror and wired camera. why would you want to pay for the mirror multiple times it comes in like 2 other kits. Laramie group b and i think i saw it in the tow group b possibly even the safety group b i dont remember off the top of my head.

For those of you ordering your trucks, I would recommend NOT purchasing the factory bed step and instead purchasing an aftermarket one from Amp Research. Based on other members posts here, this Amp step is much larger and gives you a much better step to access the tailgate and bed. It functions the same way as the factory ram step. It is not power, but manual fold away. If you need more info let me know. This one is for a 19-21 model year ram HD. Amp didn’t list a 22 yet, however with a minor modification this one worked fine (see pic with red circle)

Looks like that modification is only needed on DRW trucks. My 2500 had no such interference. The hitch is different. Post with photos here - https://hdrams.com/forum/index.php?...o-to-your-ram-today.1987/page-200#post-144851

Nice! I ordered from Mark Dodge on 10/15, I hope that they call me with a good news update!
meanwhile I’ve been checking Jeep.com daily for the build sheet or window sticker.
I hope you rig stay on track with no delays!

This is my truck! There are many like it, but this one is mine…..

Finally, after picking up the truck last Sunday, dropping it off Monday for a DEF limp mode message, setting in service jail for 5 days, it’s home. And yes, the person that did the PDI over filled the DEF tank causing the error message.
I would say one quirk is that I wish that the night edition had black exhaust tip like it’s 1500 little brother.
But here she is at home and have about 150 miles so far. Still have a couple hunting trips planned.
Sick truck

Can anyone provide a picture of the OEM winter screen aka grill cover that comes with the 2022 cold weather package?

Well, I got tired of waiting. Originally had a longhorn hemi 2500 ordered back in June. Changed my order in Sept to a limited hemi. As of Dec 1, neither had any movement whatsoever. Found a 2500 limited NE cummins at a local dealer that said they would honor EP (after I got there they changed their mind but eventually relented and gave me the EP price). Bought the truck on Dec 2. My last dealer whom I had an order in with messaged me the day I buy the cummins and says the first order had finally gone to D1 but still a couple months out. Then yesterday, out of curiosity, I check on the limited I ordered in June and IT finally went to D1 (all parts received). Too little too late. In a way I am happy because I actually really like the cummins and am getting great mileage. So anyone with a long order for a mega cab hemi, there is finally some movement. I would have waited had I had a more realistic timeline though. I was originally told 6-12 weeks from date of order till delivery date so I sold my 1500 WAY too soon. Had I known it was going to take 6-8 MONTHS I would have made preparations for that and waited for my build and waited to sell my truck.

Only thing I do not care for on the 2500 is the rearview mirror. It blocks your view on the right. Almost hit someone the first day at a 4 way stop.

Just glad to hear a success story, in one way or another

Is anyone having an issue with connectivity on the mobile hot spot in the truck? For some reason my truck connects to my phone and shows a WIFI connection but has the ! mark next to it meaning no internet. It also doesn't show up as the name of my trucks WIFI. I try to "forget" it and search for the WIFI that my truck says is the name but it doesn't pop up and just reconnects to the one that doesnt have wifi. I also turn my WIFI off on my phone and somehow my truck turns it back on and reconnects itself. I have tried calling connected services but they either call me back when I am not around my phone or don't call. Even though they have agreed to call me at a certain time several times but never do. I can't figure it out for the life of me.
I'm having issues with the fact that my truck is on a train somewhere still.

ordered from Mark Dodge on 10/15 as well. I also got a limited with everything except the auto level airbags, back up alarm and the upfitter. Renae told me last week I have a build date on 12/20. Hopefully I get it end on January.

so my bet is the 1500.00 increase is because they priced you at 2021 pricing. I was looking this summer before 22 pricing was released and dealer told me that the price increased 1500.00 from 21 to 22 and thats where you 1500 price is coming from. sounds like dealers were all selling you guys at 21 pricing and once you took delivery charged you the 22 price since they didnt have a figure for 22 at that time. so really you didnt get taken advantage of. i know this because they told me i couldnt order a 22 back in august and they expected pricing out soon. Just to make you aware of the situation.
They did the slight j crease when i initially switched to the 2022. Little frustrating still and bad business. Either way, i spoke with the manager and they ended up shaving a thousand off. At this point screw it. 500 now is better than waiting another six months. Glad they for the most part came around to make it right.

Anyone know where I could get smooth bed rail caps and tailgate protector for an 8’ bed w/stake pockets for my new ram?
I found DZ but they’re diamond plate. Don’t want.
No Amazon and real truck is a no go as well. Man it’s like an 8’ bed is a pariah.
