2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

I am posting this here because it makes sense that only guys from this thread may be able to help. I was vacuuming my 2022 crew cab laramie and knocked this off from under the front passengar seat. I cannot tell what it is or where it goes. Can anyone please look at their truck and let me know? Thanks so much! Its about the size of a nickel for reference.
That is a Christmas tree retaining clip for a wire connector, if you just found it like that it must have been a loose one that was left in your truck, if the Christmas tree part is not deformed it wasn't fastened to anything

Mines at 17.3 MPG right now 578 miles on mine. But was only on the interstate 48 miles of the trip home. 4 hours of the drive was 50 MPH, no lights, no stop signs, no traffic. Just set the cruise and ride. But was towing a tow dolly with a Nissan Murano on it. So was not empty. But not enough to even know it was back there.
Also fueled up close to home. Put 46 gallons in the 50 gallon tank. Not sure if the truck has a low fuel light. But it had not come on. Gauge showed 1/8th tank.
If I slowed down a little, the MPG’s would be higher. I am a little bit of a lead foot!! Curious to the HO vs. standard MPG.

Picked up the truck tonight.
3500 Laramie CC Hemi SRW tech loaded.
I was lucky with a June order, cause I got all the options I wanted.
Its is the most tech loaded truck I have ever had.
The 12" screen is very cool. In NAV, splits the screen between the radio and navagation.
I'm gonna have to read the manual on this one.
Driving home the AC was on, but I didn't want to look away to find the heat. LOL!! Dark outside in heavy traffic.
Glad it is only 25mins from the dealer to home.
BTW: Dealer honored the price and doc fee's. (Victory Ram in Kansas City, KS.)
Got a free spray in bed linner by their mistake too! Thanks!!!!!

They are now at MSRP, and can't keep them on the lot.
They are selling them in transit.
Will add pics soon.
Good luck to all waiting on orders. It sucks, but boy is it worth it!!!!
Hang in there.

Thanks for the replies guys. It may have been sitting on a ledge but it definitely fell to floor?

I live in the South Denver area and have been complaining since I moved here that they forgot to put an ocean next door. Maybe if they did our ocean ports wouldn’t be so screwed up and we’d get our parts.
I'm a harbor pilot, so my job is to bring ships in and out of port. You have hit the nail on the head, I wish there was a deep water port with large ocean going vessels docking anywhere near the rocky mountains. It would be the best pilotage in the world, haha.

Wow! What a cool gig! What coast and where?
Yeah with all my complaining apparently they’re too busy helping the homeless and decided no deep water port for Colorado. But every time I get on a plane from Colorado to the socialist republic of Kalifornia they always lecture us on how to prepare for a water landing so there maybe hope.

Reminds me of this time in Utah. I kept hearing all this clunking sound from there other side of the fuel pump. When I finished with my fill, I peered around and saw this young woman determined to make the nozzle fit into her Prius. Rather confused and annoyed she mumbled something to the effect of, "I just don't understand why it won't go in". I explained to her that it's a good thing it didn't because that is the diesel pump.
I think her car woulda ran a little rough. Not as bad as putting gas into a diesel tank though...= kaboom! I can recall only one story in my life where a guy at a boat dock managed to get the gasoline nozzle into his diesel tank for his offshore fishing boat. He paid paid for the fuel, dropped lines and shoved off the dock (thankfully) then because once he was clear of everything important his port CAT engine blew up. He survived, but the boat sunk right there.

A different story, I was riding around with my uncle when I was a kid in Quemado NM, west side of the state. Very underpopulated area. He was a fuel delivery man for phillips 66, but pretty much self employed small time gig, owned his own tanker truck. Well, he had managed to dump 1500 gals of diesel into a underground gas tank at a gas station a couple days before I was on this ride along. When we were at that station and cleaning up the mistake we would see a car here and there just sputtering down the road. couple pickups limping along. And the owner of the gas station would point out "there's another one of your customers" each time. It was pretty funny, especially since everyone knew one another out there. But everyone always said thankfully it wasn't gas in a diesel tank. That's a different story.

Press the talk button on your steering wheel and you can tell it what to set the temperature to, like”set the driver temperature to 75 degrees”. Tap it once and it will prompt you, then talk.

I’m kind of in the same category as you guys. I have a 2000 ton masters license and I run large fishing boats in the Bering Sea. Not like those jack wagons on deadliest catch though, they’re idiots

I feel like this is as clean as I am going to get it in the next week so here is the "cleaner" photo with the windows tinted (front sides and clear UV on windshield, has anyone got the molded MOPAR splash guards yet? I am thinking the ones for the 2021 will work but wanted to check with the great peoples of the forum! I am loving it and hope you all get your chance sooner rather than later if you are still waiting. The EVIC is showing 20.6 mpg so far (only one tank so far), the UC5 is awesome, the wireless Android Auto is great, the wireless charger gets your phone good and toasty while running down the road with all the wireless connections going. Very quiet, comfortable, and makes my cheeks hurt from grinning. It feels bigger than the previous Megacab for some reason but I am guessing the color throws me off a bit. I keep telling her she will get a hand bath but this stupid weather....

Molded MOPAR splash guards on mine. Dealer did it as I signed the paperwork.

What are the black interior accents in the night edition. Someone mentioned on the limiteds it was really nice, are they as nice in the Laramie? Anyone have interior pictures on their night edition Laramie?

No. The go right on. 2 screws and a nylon rivet I think. Dealer installed them while I did paper work. $120 no install charge.

Nice. I'll ask about them when the dealer calls to say my truck is in. They look nice and keep as much crap from splashing up

Mines finally ready for pick up. Down side they are raising my price another 1500. I know its not much givin what these trucks cost but still the point if you know what i mean especially waiting since May. Any older orders on here have similar situation?
