How was the installation of these? Pretty straight forward? Any drilling?

You can find the install instructions there.
The install isn't too bad. The hardest part is getting the weather stripping on.

Those look good. I have been considering getting those. Not sure how they would look unpainted with my Gloss Black Paint though.
