2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

I think most stuff right now is show 22 to 26 weeks. I ordered 8/3 on a 3500 bighorn. At that time it was looking like 14 to 16 weeks. Mine is built but hasn't made it to the dealer yet. Hoping next week.
Mine took 11.71 weeks or 82 days. That was from order to being dropped off at the dealers lot. Truck was ordered Sept 13th and built Nov 6th. Loaded on a rail car 11/10 and delivered at Mark Dodge 12/3 at 12.36 pm. Should pick it up 12/7.
Also found Diesel at Lake Charles for $2. 78 per gallon. West Tn where I'm at I can get it for $2.89. And truck only shows half tank. So guess the good old days of being full on delivery is gone. But then again 50 gallon tank I guess thats not bad to be half full.

Hello all, i was wondering if some could tell me approximately how long HD orders are taking at this point? i was thinking about placing a order for a power wagon or limited 2500
i understand options may delay the order.
I ordered earlier today and was told 12 - 16 weeks.

It isn't necessarily anyone's being stingy with fuel in your new truck tank unless maybe your dealership once the truck is grounded. Keep in mind when automobiles are in shipment the shipping company wants the vehicles as light as possible as to cut down on weight. 50 gal of diesel weighs approximately 355 lbs. So put 5-6 of these big trucks on a portable parking lot and you'll add another 2000lbs of weight to the load which in-turn cuts into the drivers profit.

some have been waiting since May. My personal experience: I ordered on Sept 8th, truck was built around 11/11. shipped around 11/14 and is now missing in action (somewhere out at sea). estimated delivery of 12/10.

Diesel out west is running $4.00+ right now, now sure where you are at...
I’m in Colorado and diesel is $3.09 to $3.30 depending on the station. My 6.4 requires premium fuel (some guys get away with mid-grade, but once I hook a trailer to it the mid stuff makes her tick and studded). Premium here is $4.15 or so. So I’m paying $1 more for less torque, and worse mileage towing.

Worked out like a champ! Very happy with this beast. Had to get the extras in place today so I never got around to washing it. Here is a before/after of the tip. Teaser photos! Also the extra trailer connections are not "plugs" they have wires going to them. Wondering if it was a mistake or a normal thing?
Playing with the digital rear view mirror and it gave an option to use trailer cam but then indicated its disconnected. I think it may work if I had the other part.

OK! I know this is a very long shot, but I have to ask so don't laugh. I know there has to be a few Members on this Forum who have the ability to purchase using Employee Pricing. I have a Family Member who worked for Chrysler but retired 20 years ago. He used one of his EP slots to purchase himself a new Van and told me he would set me up for his other available EP spot. Unfortunately he passed 4 months ago at the age of 92. He was my Step Dad. What I'm essentially asking is there anyone on the Forum who just purchased their new truck and would be willing to allow me to use one of their Employee Pricing slots? I know I'll have to provide some personal information but we can do this via email. Can't blame a guy for trying at the prices for these trucks now-a-days.....

Give Mark Dodge or one of the other dealers that are discounting a call. They beat EP on initial build quote and have been incredibly easy to deal with.

I just looked at my original POC from when I ordered my truck, when I got my window sticker I thought the price was $3000 higher but I was incorrect, I just looked again and realized it’s only like $835 more.

I think he already ordered and is looking for a way to get EP when it arrives.

Curious, How does it tell you if the car is sold to someone else? On my Ram App I can still mess with my old truck that was sold 5 months ago. I could waste that guys gas tank or unlock it for him and he is 700 miles away. Meaning It didnt kick me out of access or anything.

Edit: Also on mopar.com I can add anyones Vin to My garage, is there an indicator there or something?

I assumed it would only allow one person to register a VIN. I guess I was wrong, that's pretty scary, if some pisses you off you can get their vin and remote start their vehicle anytime you want, lol.

Who did u order from? MD TOLD ME 20 WEEKS TODAY
Chapman Ram in Horsham, PA.
I also got a quote from Sandi at MD and she told me the same 20 weeks. I think they are trying not to over promise. Even though I was told 12-16, I'm not going to hold it against them if it's closer to 20 weeks.
