Does Saltillo shut down for the holidays ?

I read somewhere that they shut down the plant for the 7 national holidays recognized by the union in Mexico, as otherwise the law dictates workers get triple-pay for working on those holidays.

Sorry, I meant the Christmas Holidays, not Mexican National Holidays.

In that case I would say yes for Christmas Day and New Years Day, but not the week between.
