My AEV Carli Pintop Frankenstein

Build is underway. After a 7 month wait, finally received my Carli 3.25 Pintop Kit with Radius arm, torsion sway bar and all the other goodies. My goal is a AEV Prospector “clone” with a suspension better suited for my driving style (having come from a ‘18 Raptor). AEV Rear bumper is already installed and front bumper/winch is in my garage awaiting install next week. Went with AEV Katla wheels with 37” Nitto Ridge Grapplet’s. Front ARB air lockers on the way. Added Cab Over America roof marker lights. Contemplating OEM Power Wagon fender flares.

Front bumper, about 20 minutes, because after spending 8 hours installing the rear bumper, I wanted nothing to do with the 300lb monstrosity up front. So, I took the front to an installer … about a 20 minute round trip.

Amazing looking truck. I'll be getting one of the AEV front bumpers once the grill guard version is available. They are what the OEM HD bumper should have been.

What was the lead time on that front bumper? every time I go to their website it says "insufficient stock".

I ordered it in March and got it right away, both front and rear. I went through CJC Off-road for all my parts.

Beautiful truck.

Is there a piece/s missing between the top of the new front bumper and the bottom of the headlight surrounds? That gap is huge.

Truck looks great! I just ordered the Carli Level for my air-ride equipped truck. Looking at this makes me wish I had gone with the 3.25.

Any pics of the truck from the side with the new bumper? I'm curious how far forward it protrudes.

Have you got a part number on that front locker? I've been wanting to get that for my '20 3500.

. ARB RD197 From what I understand, front diff didn’t change, so lockers that worked on previous generation will still work. However, there were some changes for the rear, and ARB doesn’t have anything yet for the rear. I have limited Slip, so not too concerned.
