I bought set of wheels and tires and I was hoping to get rid of my stock wheel and tires when truck arrives. Would a tire shop buy them for a decent price or I should try my luck with dealership I am buying the truck from?

i thought my name must be on mine. Thats why my truck has not been delivered. It is close i’m thinking

The AT might bring slightly more, but having driven on the AT on my previous truck, I dont see much added value to the ATs. The $400 set went in less than a day, the $600 set lasted nearly a week.

I have seen the HT for sale slightly under $200 ea (note the HT are being replaced by the HT2 and AT by AT2) and I used to figure 2/3 to 3/4 low retail for such - so $600 is probably upper limit.

Discount Tire dealer I talked to in Illinois (killing time while sister-in-laws truck in for tire repair) offered $70 a tire for immediate takeoffs HT or AT if I bought $1500 worth of Michelins. So if you got $400 from dealer, you probably did OK considering the hassle of transporting and storing and advertising and transporting again and meeting buyer for MAYBE an extra $200.

How do I find what tires I get on my truck? The build Sheet says "LT275/70R18E BSW All Season Tires". Will I be able to sell stock wheels and tires for around $800?
 
I call Ram Chat to see when my truck is coming in they told me it should be at the dealership by Dec. 15. It’s on a ship heading to Baltimore. I’m in Pittsburgh that’s a good 6 hours away it make’s no sense at all. What hell! I was hoping to have it next week. I guess I need to get the magic 8 ball out of the trash. Lol NG100558

Go to tirerack.com and look up your truck standard equipment. I suspect they are Firestone Transport HT
 
I called RAM incentives hotline hoping they have something for Black Friday. I was told there is nothing for 2022 HD at the moment. I checked my true car and it is expiring Nov 30th. I really hope my truck gets delivered to MD before that.
I also received $1500 bonus cash in October, but it is only valid for 2021 trucks and also expires on Nov 30th. Why they even send these coupons if people can't use them :mad:

The dealership probably won't give you crap for them, that's why I sold them to my local tire dealer. If you sell them right away they are worth at least $400 ($100 per tire). I put better "snow" tires (equivalent to a 33") on these stock Ram wheels and plan to just use them for winter. As well as you, I'm planning to put custom wheels and 37' tires on for spring/summer. I am planning on putting a 3" level or 5" lift on mine.

If I get less then a couple of hundreds dollars for the wheels I sell just tires and keep the wheel in my garage. I may put the winter tires if I move north or travel there in winter. I live in Houston right now.

yes, thank you...I have the one from the FCA/Jeep website in which I consider as an original. The one from Crypto I think is a generic one...as many count that one as the best thing since sliced bread....as they are supposed to email you when its available. I thought it was ironic when I never heard from them and still haven't.

Is it on the boat now? Mine is about to get loaded on a boat in a few hours. I was able to track down which boat mine is going on! Message me and ill try to find it for you

My understanding is Build Sheet (actually Equipment List) shows up when truck is built, but Window Sticker does not show up til ready for shipping - may be same day or truck may go to storage in between
