As my father often said, retirement is not about doing anything you want, it's about not having to do the things you don't want.Good luck on the port. Mine got on the rail car 11/10 and still no ideal if its unloaded or not? But I'm sure it will fall off the rail car soon. My Delivery date's 11/22 to 12/3 sure I will hit after Turkey day. But that's OK, as were not going before Thanksgiving. If it even showed up today at Mark dodge. It would be 12/2 before we would be there.
Looking forward to getting my truck. But not enough to make the 500 mile trip with all the Thanksgiving traffic. Thats what nice about being old. We can go when we want. Not when we can!
To get a “case number” you just need to request an escalation at least 6 weeks out from order date and at least 3 weeks in the same status… no evidence thus far that it means anythingFrom what I've observed here, I think the emails from FCA may be in response to getting salty with ram chat enough on a past due order enough to where they assign a 'case number' and then emails are triggered on a status change.
I could be wrong, but....
Looks like you got both key fobs! Haha!It has arrived at the dealer! Picking it up tonight
101% true, we travel when we want. we fish when we want, we well, do what we can when we want. But then ordered a new truck. Can't fish for thinking about the truck. Can't travel with the camper, without the truck. Guess I need to start hauling trucks. That way I can haul my own truck. As my father often said, retirement is not about doing anything you want, it's about not having to do the things you don't want.![]()
I've been hearing the same thing. est. ship date 12-04 but no build date, I've been in D1 back to D and back to D1. NG157289@brv10 or anyone else in the know. Based on what RamChat told me a week or two ago the spreadsheet noted a D1 date for my truck, but I really kinda doubt it.
Today I got the typical
'I am showing that at this time all of the materials needed to start the build process have been received. The vehicle should be entering the build process soon.' and no build date they could give me.
Or maybe I'm misunderstanding what the build codes mean.
