Interesting! I'm in the Portland area. Ordered a loaded Big Horn 3500 HO on 7/20 and mine is also scheduled to build around 11/29. I'm guessing I'll have a week or so of going to venders, final inspection and then shipping. I'm not expecting to see the truck til around January 13th, assuming we don't get stuck waiting on some phase after assembly.I’m in D1 and have a estimated build date of 11/29. When it finally does ship, how does it get to the PNW. Any idea what yard and state it will go to? I’m on the west side of Washington State.
Thanks to you!You guys are getting good!![]()
When does the build sheet normally become available? At status code J? I’m at G status but no build sheet. What has been happening with the window stickers is when your truck gets inspected you get one, sometimes that happens coming off the line and sometime they get sent to storage for a bit and the back for inspection, not sure why that happens, backup on the line or something. But once you pass inspection you get the sticker and you go to the vendor for accessories or prepared for shipping.
good to see that you still care about us still waiting. If I had just gotten my truck a couple of days ago, I'd be making those tires turn for the next several days. It would be the only way to get the smile off my face. Your a good man to help so many. I hope that you are still around when mine comes due, probably late February. You guys are getting good!![]()
I was just getting ready to post something similar. Just had as new theory that maybe the priority might have to do with regions. I've noticed several times now, a couple guys in as particular area get excited because their trucks are built and soon to be on the way. So here I see in the past day or so, a guy in Western Washington, another guy in the Portland area and myself in the Portland area, all getting trucks built/delivered here soon. Maybe location does have something to do with factory scheduling.Ram deliveries,
I think the no rime or reason for Ram deliveries is probably misunderstood by us who have a bias that we want our truck and a lot of us put a deposit down. Like loaning Stellantis interest free money for half a year.
I’m guessing here. But I’m betting it has something to do with locations and dealerships who get certain allotments. For instance they have locations and numbers associated with said locations. Like Denver being say location 54 and it spans several portions of states to the east of us. They may focus on getting those trucks that are all megacabs for a couple few weeks and all those dealerships get those trucks and the corresponding special orders for that region. Then they build some Longbed Tradesmans for the southern states and so on so forth and throw in a bunch of special orders there too.
Obviously speculation on my part but I’m guessing it has something to do with that.

My observation is build lives in D and D1 status for what seems like forever but once it starts to move past D1 into actual build, things move pretty fast to JS where it may sit waiting for inspection or parts or ??? At this point it should get Equipment List. Or it may move thru J quickly to K at which point it gets a Window Sticker. Hope that helps. When does the build sheet normally become available? Dude, I live south of Denver. You’re lucky I ordered my truck from Mark Dodge and not locally or you and a bunch of others would never see our batch.Maybe Denver gets a huge batch of trucks built n shipped soon so I can get mine lol

Only issues I see with you ordering from MD. Your truck will come in so fast, your not going to be prepared for it. One local dealer told me I could have a truck on his lot within 4 to 6 months. The other it was 4 to 6 weeks.Dude, I live south of Denver. You’re lucky I ordered my truck from Mark Dodge and not locally or you and a bunch of others would never see our batch.
I was hedging my bets by ordering from Louisiana and the truck gods were sleeping. Now it’s gonna be a bunch of poor Cajuns who won’t get their trucks for a long time and I’ve saved my fellow Coloradans some extra wait time. Sorry Cajuns, your wait may have been extended by an additional 6 months to a year.
It will be interesting to see if that theory holds - looks like trucks still heading to Louisiana.Dude, I live south of Denver. You’re lucky I ordered my truck from Mark Dodge and not locally or you and a bunch of others would never see our batch.

I hope it happens that fast.Only issues I see with you ordering from MD. Your truck will come in so fast, your not going to be prepared for it. One local dealer told me I could have a truck on his lot within 4 to 6 months. The other it was 4 to 6 weeks.
Mine was build in 55 days from order date being it was a Mark Dodge order. Its not sitting in La waiting on a truck ride. So 10 days train ride and its that easy.
I did hear there was a 39% Co tax on all trucks now. But if you order out of state that is null and void. Until it crosses the state line back into Co. Then it jumps up into the Snow tax bracket. As you know, never have any ideal of that will be in cents or Dollars.
We ordered almost the same truck. I hope they build a batch of ours. I got the patriot blue limited longbed with every option except the upfitter and airbags.I hope that your theory holds true. I'm in the Kansas City area which would be next if they are moving West to EastFor me, I've noticed that the Limited CC longbed HO hasn't been built in a llloooooooonnnnngggg time.
