I was told that the Penfed discount doesnt work with my CDI Control number as of yesterday. The dealer gave me 2x $250 coupons to be generous instead.

How did you get cdi?

Nope all the bailing wire is used by a local trucking Company. Duck Tape cost more then we can pay. So we repair by chewing gum and hope it makes past the next Holler.

Took delivery today on my Longhorn 8/28 order, fully loaded with every option but Air Suspension (planning on bags). Rambox, tech, towing, just about all the boxes.

Let me tell you, Aaron, Charles, and Renae at Mark Dodge exceeded all expectations and then some. This is my 3rd Longhorn and 2nd Limited bought new and Mark Dodge fully lived up to their reputation here. Their Finance team was able to beat PenFed’s lowest advertised rate and also had no problem applying both the $500 PenFed discount and a supplier control number for another $500 off of the original quote.

Unfortunately there was a deep scratch on one of the Rambox lids that wasn’t caught until it was washed with no time to correct. Aaron was super apologetic and offered to pay the body shop of my choice if I want to get it fixed back home. These things happen…really, what more could you ask for? Relatively speaking it’s minor.

Some of you will remember the speculation on changing date codes on the window sticker. Oddly enough, there were several full fledged window stickers in the truck at delivery, each bearing the various date code iterations with my name on them, so let’s call them souvenirs. The mystery remains as to why the dates kept changing.

Overall, couldn’t be happier with the truck and looking forward to seeing more of you get yours in the days ahead! Thanks especially to ODS for keeping the spreadsheet going to pass the time in the interim.

Has anyone been able to use the penfed or truecar discount while being given employee pricing?

those promos usually don't work with EP...the only discount i have gotten in the past with my EP were any rebates and I got my 500 first responder discount, all the rest never applied.

That is a beauty. Glad things went that well, my truck is supposed to be at Port Allen on the 19th, hoping to be at Mark Dodge after Thanksgiving sometime. Hope i goes as smooth as yours.

2021 and newer switched pumps, not a big surprise they are recalling those with the CP4

Yep. GM, ford and Rams all had the cp4.2 and they all had problems. I know Ram stopped using it in ‘21. I think it took a bunch of lawsuits to convince them.

I am starting to hope that my truck will just show up and that the information I am seeing on my fleet account is some how not being updated... I had a "tentative" production date of 10/25 and as of today it is still that date. So, what do you think my chances are that it already shipped? LOL!
