2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

@matemike i ordered my tradesman 4x4 crew today aswell, race is on. Lets see who gets it first.
@PASTORT55 ive towed my 26 foot 17' airstream with my 05 silverado. Wasnt great, but a 2500 should easily do it, let alone a 35er. Should be nice.
Ps sent from my airstream ive been living in for 5 years wbile my house is built. Cool rigs.

Same here so far. I do see there is sometimes a lengthy delay between build sheet and sticker. Not sure why.
In the past, some of my nearly 2 weeks in JS with Equipment List and no Window Sticker was waiting for Trailer Tire Pressure Sensors along with nearly 30 other people with TTPMS option. All the trucks with TTPMS got Window Stickers in a 3 day period presumably when the sensors came in. Others have experienced waits for other parts or other reasons such as bed liner or gooseneck prep or other things requiring an outside vendor. Seems like a larger group than usual without Stickers now - most probably waiting for same part / outside operation.

I would agree to that but I am in KZ status (or was) on the 11th. There is a hand full on the tracker with the same build sheet date that are also missing stickers. (Far right column) Just another mystery in the RAM production cycle....

Haha I'm always down for a good race in any fashion. But my money would be on you. Pretty sure I stuck myself in a following position right off the line with a Limited Night Edition.
I did however get my VIN on 11-10-21, so not exactly Today, I have a 2 day jump. But you're still in the lead by circumstantial default.

What would cause on order to go from D to D1 and then back to C? Anyone?

Order date June 19, 2021 - 3500 Limited CC 4x4 HO Vin: 3C63R3SL9NG115508

Not mine, was doing some recruiting for the forum and had a couple people shoot me some info. He is on the tracker too Clevy4949
On this one I have to say I don't really know or understand. I haven't been able to get a reliable logical answer. I had 4 Promasters do this recently. But, thankfully, they flipped back to D1 within a few days of flipping back to C.

Looked some more the max steel is still on the 2021 build option but not 22. If this happens to be the hold up in my order i will be non plus x10

I’m gonna be pulling a 30’ Airstream out west with 2500 and I know it’s within payload. So a 3500 for sure is.
@iflyskyhigh I'm sure there are 2500s that could have gotten me enough payload, however for the configuration I was shopping for, it was short. I was looking at a 2500 Limited Longhorn (crew cab, diesel, 6'4" bed) and the payload on the door sticker was 1950 lbs. The tongue weight on my trailer is usually around 1030 lbs. Half full tanks and a trailer packed for a long trip gets me to 1060 lbs. Throw in 2 humans (300 lbs.) and a bunch of stuff and I had no margin (generator, dog + stuff, grill, bikes, tools, compressor, portable fridge, 5 gallons of diesel, spare propane tank, outdoor stuff, bed cover, etc.). The 3500 gives me plenty of payload to spare. If you travel lighter than we do or have a less optioned 2500, it probably works.
