How do they pay? Pictures needed?
Mine is on the same train as yours heading to Spokane Wa.I received an email today saying my truck is estimated to arrive at the dealer 11/26-12/9. Hopefully it is somewhat accurate. At one point it had a ship date of 10-1, so i guess we will see.
I am also awaiting for VROOM to pick up my truck. I am glad to hear that someone else is selling to them and following the same process. I was worried if they are legit as they didn't ask for any pictures and wanted to pay in 24-72 hours after they pick up the truck. Its a different process for each company.
Carvana is the easiest as they give you a check or wire you the money when they pick the car up.
Vroom is a little more complicated but in my case they pay the most. First, enter your info on the website to obtain your quote. If you accept you have to load pictures of license, registration, title if you have it. I don't think I had to load pics of the vehicle for Vroom but I cant remember. Once they receive the docs they send you documents to sign digitally and will also send you a overnight Fed Ex package for a few documents to wet sign and return. If you have your title you overnight it back to to them with wet signed documents. Once they receive it they will schedule a pick up and will either send you a check or wire the money to your account NLT 2 days after pick up.
Seems a little sketchy sending in your title before receiving payment but its how they operate. They received everything from me yesterday and I received an email stating they are currently scheduling pick up. Total timeframe with Vroom should be 7-14 days from start to finish.
Yeah, that's kinda scary.....I am also awaiting for VROOM to pick up my truck. I am glad to hear that someone else is selling to them and following the same process. I was worried if they are legit as they didn't ask for any pictures and wanted to pay in 24-72 hours after they pick up the truck.
Carvana was about 5k lower than vroom was for me! Wonder if they do the 24-72 hours to look it over and then they can adjust the price they pay...I am also awaiting for VROOM to pick up my truck. It has been very straight forward up to this point. It took 3 days for them to send me the docs to wet sign. I sent them back same day and the next morning I received an email stating they are scheduling my pick up.I am also awaiting for VROOM to pick up my truck. Mine is stock. I would think they will inspect the truck and find out eventually. You guys selling to these places anyone have a truck missing egr and dpf stuff? Just curious is all if anyone is

My truck is bone stock, they do ask questions on whether the truck is modified or not. I would put it back to stock before selling or sell it local. You guys selling to these places anyone have a truck missing egr and dpf stuff? Just curious is all if anyone is
Price is non negotiable. I also did the instant KBB offer and had numerous dealers call and try to buy my truck. They were willing to go higher than the KBB offer but still well below what Vroom offered. For me Carvana was 28k, instant KBB was 34k, and Vroom was 38.2.

Says they can modify or cancel the price if the condition isn’t what was stated or market value changes.Mine is stock. I would think they will inspect the truck and find out eventually.
Know 2 of our West Tn Dealers. Will not take anything in on trade that is missing anything emissions related. Without dropping the price to the point. They can add everything back to make it legal. My local place is taking it on trade knowing it’s modified but wanted to make sure if other places will take it that way and may offer more why not give it a try. It’s all good I have a 2015 Laramie modified and they offered me 43k for trade knowing details what’s been done
