I just heard my Limited Longhorn 3500 long-bed Dually was offloaded from the train in Spokane yesterday, dealer said they should have it ready this weekend.

Texted my Salesman today and all he said was it will arrive any day now. I mean do they not hire their own truck drivers to know when it is getting picked up?

Nope, dealers use a third party transport. Mine gives them within 72 hours to deliver to dealer lot.

But do they not speak with the 3rd party and ask when the truck should arrive so the DLR is prepared? Or does the trucking company say...."it will get there in the next 2 weeks but idk when"

My dad used to do deliver cars, anytime, they have Dropboxes for the keys

Has your dealer advise you that yours arrived at the Spokane rail yard? Yours might be on the same train as mine and freeram. Ours arrived on yesterday.
