I used to be one of those Stupid people. Triple digits on Tires not even made in todays trucking world. Back before we had radials. Yes Triple Digits loaded in a 359 Peterbilt. West Bound hammer down, let that baby roll. But we get older and wiser, if we live thought our stupid stage of life. Also that was after Midnight, not much on the roads back then at that time.

In 2003, I was a leader of a detail for my Military Police Co in Kuwait and we had to drive all the vehicles off the Navy ship at the port (something like 7 moving decks on that ship). The good part was as they were driving off the ship I directed ours to a specific area so we wouldn't be stuck or parked in for miles. We worked 36 hours straight driving vehicles off that Super Cargo...we couldn't get them off the ship fast enough. This is much of what's going on at many of our US ports currently and why supplies are so back logged and shelves are bare....ok back on topic.
 
I may be reading it wrong, but there hasn't been a 3500 Limited 4x4 CC SRW HO since 10/12 according to the tracking sheet. Anyone out there received any info on like build. There are those with different trims, MC etc, but not any Limiteds? Quite disconcerting.
 
I wanted to take a moment and say thanks to all who've contributed to this thread. I've only read a couple hundred pages, including Page 1, but the info has been great and the mixed in funnies have been welcome. Like so many others, I've put both my current and ordered ride in my sig for easy reference. Here's looking forward to the ride ahead and good luck to all in getting your trucks delivered!

Not saying its sane to tow at high speeds but in East TX I10 with 80mph speed limit I have been passed by pickups towing at speeds in excess of 90

It is just an F-450 thing. I was watching a similar video of a couple doing a comparison between the F-450 and their old Ram 3500. That is the first time I heard about it. Ford limits the F-450 due to the 19.5’s on it. They figured you would go “Back To The Future” if speed exceeded the 88mph threshold.

Noticed same thing that it’s about time they need to do a limited run get closer to getting mine hopefully by summer

Recheck the Spreadsheet - a Limited SRW HO CC Eq List showed up yesterday - previous was 10/14.
It looks to me like 3500 HO CC SRW are one of fastest recently - 8 Eq Lists and 4 Window Stickers since 11/6 - 2 BigHorns, 5 Laramies, 1 Limited

One showed up yesterday from early (June) order - does not appear they are making in batches by trim level
 
Well, well, well... Still in KZLD, but VIN Track shows my truck left Saltillo storage on a truck headed for Laredo this morning at 5am! Depending on how long it sits in Laredo, I may just see this thing late this week. It went to Saltillo storage on 11/3 - not quite a week there thankfully.
