Has anyone experienced their 2500 stuffing the brakes when making either a left or right hand turn in intersections?

This has happened to us now on two separate occasions, thankfully only while just starting to accelerate and that no one was injured nor the vehicle damaged by any vehicles behind us.

Until we get the vehicle in for service we have disable the automatic braking feature since it is clearly having a problem.

If you have this feature and this issue I would highly recommend disabling until RAM conducts a thorough review.

Zero issues so far, but thanks for the info.

Same here. Driving me nuts. Too early to tell but so far after turning off braking, I've seen a 1 mpg or more increase in city driving. I actually had a failure of the system, months back where the dash said it was turned off. I went to the computer to turn it on and it just turned off again after a second. I also question whether it is doing anything. I've seen no evidence it is doing anything other than applying the brakes at inappropriate times. The manual says there is no way to test it on our end. I definitely have zero confidence it is working properly.

I’ve had mine for 2 weeks now and I can’t get it to do anything. I’m not even sure it’s working. I’ve tried every setting. So who knows.

I'm not even sure I have a problem, but at almost every turn I make I can feel significant braking occuring and when I turn off braking I don't. I'm just going to have my dealer check it out when I take the truck in. I have zero confidence it is working, but that may be by design. I can't handle that braking though. The OP may have a much more significant problem that occurs less often. The braking I am talking about would not stop the car but it sure slows it down. I wouldn't recommend turning off anything unless I were having a safety issue like the OP.
