2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

So with this afternoon's big data dump on the spreadsheet, it appears to me that basically any trim/cab/engine combo can go down the line at any time. There is a little bit of everything getting build sheets today. So much for similar builds getting grouped???
It's all timing, shipping matching the production schedule.

Checked crypto stickers and nothing, checked the spreadsheet and my build sheet appeared since last night!! Woo hoo. Ordered 8/5, D1 10/4, build sheet 11/4. Might be close to time to clean out the 2001 2500 I’ve had for 20 years and find some for sale signs.

Anyone know when dealerships have to start honoring Employee Pricing? I found a truck in Dallas (my order has seen no movement in months) and was going to fly down to get it. Dealership said they will not accept employee pricing or any other discount and I would have to pay full sticker plus fees. This corona BS needs to end already.

As far as I know, they never HAVE to accept it. It’s only at participating dealers.

And for comparison, this is a Crew Cab, long bed, 4x4, 3500 dually standard output 6.7L Cummins with the optional 4.10 gear set and non air suspension. It is a maxed out Limited Longhorn (all electronics and sunroof, aside from the trailer camera voodoo).
I beg to differ there.
It isn't maxed out if it doesn't have the HO/Aisan and Air Suspension.
That's like comparing an Orange to a Tangerine.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but seems that trucks going to same area are being built with vins that are not even close to each other to possibly go on specific rail cars.
They go on rail cars by destination, not options or VIN order, once they get put on a car they stay on that car until the truck, in a normal world and possibly pre "just in time manufacturing" they would be sequential

HO/Aisan has the 12" axle and blgger brakes than SO.
Same brakes... sorry to burst your bubble. It gets a few more ft/lb and a heavier axle.

The air suspension is a road I went down once and will never do again. Nothing but problems in my old truck,I call it a down grade.

Got my VIN. Order date was 10/28. 3500 Limited. I’ll need to learn max patients won’t I?
Four months + four days to get to the dreaded "D1 Status"

My ordering process timeline:

7/01/2021 - Order placed
10/22/ - VIN 3C63R3JLXNG118922 "D Status"
11/04/ - Scheduled for production "D1 Status"
11/25/ - Ship estimate 3 weeks - end of December delivery - seems rather optimistic after reading through these threads!
