I feel like imma be in KZ-LD forever lol

The whole process feels like it takes forever, lol. It took just shy of 5 months from day of order to day of delivery (6/8-11/2). About the only thing I can say to try and do is to forget you even ordered a truck and then when it shows up you have a great surprise, haha. I told myself that I wouldn't see my truck for at least 6 months and anything before that was a bonus

From past production numbers it seems that about 700 trucks per day are produced. What is the actual time on assembly line? With all the codes popping up from D1 to KZ it sounds like it’s on the line for weeks.

Once all parts are sourced it takes 8hrs to complete a truck on the assembly line

Based off the other power wagon with similar D1 dates and ship dates looks like I'll be one of Stellantis's lost toys and join some of these Cummins guys lol.

Sorry it took me a minute to get the pictures. Truck was filthy. Got the tint done today, so they washed it for me.

Took a picture of the interior for the black chrome. Looks really good. Nice subtle difference to my 19 mega cab limited.

On the fence about the new Uconnect software. It’s a little buggy. Only had the screen go all black on me once so far lol. My other did it as well once in awhile. Glad I have a 150k warranty.

Definitely worth waiting for, thanks for posting pics. I thought yours was Pearl White but these pics are definitely Bright White. Either way awesome looking truck and congrats!

Well, tried ordering a Laramie Mega Cab w/ AISIN HO the other day with the Night Edition option. It's blacked out right now and won't let them add it. It use to just be restricted, this is in Canada. Guess I'll check back with the dealer in a month.

Received word from dealer that my build date is 11/22…guess that means I am finally D1?
June order. BH Hemi with night edition…the first update since I got my VIN in June.

Do you have a tonneau cover that is for the bed with the Ram boxes?

I could be wrong or misunderstood what has been happening with the supply chain issue. If you read through the thread you may run across it or someone will chime in. They have been tweaking packages and technology offerings to adapt to the supply chain issues. Gotta pay to play with some items or wait it out until they get more movement of supplies.

I thought about cancelling my Laramie order with my current dealer to go with Mark Dodge in Louisiana due to them offering 5% below invoice but couldn’t have build my Laramie the way I had it and would have had to have gone with the Limited to get the NE. It would have only been 4K more but also would have had to start all over again on the wait and my truck went into production so i decided to stick with what I ordered.

Even if the vendor has the parts, this just in time manufacturing world needs to time arrival with the assembly line, tough to do today.

Oh I was mistaking NE for north east. And confused as to why the north east was restricted to limited editions only.

Yea I know I had to change the equipment group from B to C on my order. Which caused the price to go up but the options to change. It was wierd.

Got word back from Sandi today, disappointing but at least it is news. My May order “will be built 11/29”. Hoping that doesn’t slip again, but that’s what she got back from her Stellantis rep in scheduling.
