You will not get an email from cryptostickers until about 12-24 hours after your build sheet posts. Same goes for your monroney window sticker. Your selling dealer will be your first point of contact regarding where your truck is. Hopefully they’re familiar with sold-order processes and they can get you current status information by using the same system they ordered with. There are a few members here who can help you out with information if their time, patience, and generosity permit. As for Ram Chat, they are very unreliable in terms of information and are usually quite vague. I had better luck calling customer care and speaking to a real agent. Sometimes you get an agent that is very helpful, other times you don’t.
This whole process is very unpredictable right now. Too many unknown variables causing issues. Best advice I can give you is:
1. Make a bookmarked link to your build sheet and your window sticker, that way you can refresh them daily for your own amusement and, when they do finally populate, it’ll be a fun surprise.
2. Go back to page 1 of this thread and read a little each day. It is amazing to see the story that this thread has created in its own right. You’ll hear some interesting and useful information while you go, and it certainly helps to pass the time. There’s over 13,000 individual posts in this thread, if you read 100 a day you’ll be at 130 days and your truck will hopefully either be delivered and sitting in your driveway, or at worst in production and moving through the system!
3. Make Monday your weekly update with Ram Chat or Ram customer care on the phone. Beyond that it gets nerve racking and exhausting
Best of luck, hang in there, it will happen
