2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

I thought I would throw this information out there. I am not sure when it changed but order delivery times were running 12-16 weeks. Considering the plant started 2022 production on 8/9 I was thinking I might be getting close. If you have not seen this, I am sorry.

Got my window sticker this morning. 3 months and some change. All considering, it's not really a bad timeline. Now maybe it will get on a train and head North. Hoping by the end of November at the dealer. Window stickers have been popping up all over the spreadsheet, starting to look good for everyone.;)
I wish my window sticker would!

Some have left Ram to go order a Ford! LOL!! Good luck with that!

KZ-LD rubi, welcome to the party!
They forgot the D after the L!
So why wouldnt mine be KZ-L since that status is "released but not shipped"
I keep getting told mine is just KZ which says "released by plant and invoiced. The truck is ready to be shipped"
what exactly is the difference ? Do I have an update today??? @brv10

My co worker ordered a super duty a week before I ordered my ram....my truck is in Chicago waiting to be delivered and he hasn't even gotten a VIN yet.....

179 days since my 05/07/21 Laramie CC 3500 SRW order. I was away for a long weekend with no cell reception. Was hoping to come back home to a window sticker and notification that my truck had shipped.... silly me!!!! I did get a build date update though. My new build date is 10/28, but my ship date has stayed the same at 10/14.

Update from my dealer. Still sitting in a parking lot.

Just received an email from Aaron, out of the blue that my truck has arrived at Mark Dodge!!!!!!!

What did you order? Can't find your truck on the tracker. They could be standard somewhere else on your order i.e. 3500 dually they are standard....are the listed on your equipment listing?
It’s on the equip list. 3500 Laramie MC 6.7L … just thought it would also be on the sticker since the aux instrument panel and the skid plate made it.

Sooo since so many people have trucks sitting in the JS or KZ stage...does anyone know if the other standard codes still hold up?
IE- @brv10 - you went to KZ-M for instance, has your truck actually left on a train or is it still sitting but physically ON a train?

---------------------------------------

JS – shipped to storage
KZ – released by plant and invoiced. The truck is ready to be shipped. The dealer is actually charged for the truck. As you all know, this can be a source of delay. Typically you see two statuses here: Awaiting Shipment and "Staged for Shipment".

Traffic Codes:
KZ L – released but not shipped
KZ M – first rail departure
KZ N – first rail arrival
KZ O – delayed/received
KZ OA – plant hold, quality audit
KZ OB – zone, dealer, sales, vehicle prep, tax, diversion or derailment hold, dealer refusal, vehicle diverted
KZ OC – carrier delay, strike-bound, emission or safety hold, rail car shortage, bad or insufficient load, inclement weather, need shipping order, manifest error
KZ OD – mechanical failure, glass damage, vehicle in repair, lacking parts or storage hold
KZ OE – misdropped or misshipped vehicle
KZ OF – shipped air freight, stolen vehicle recovered, show vehicle, test info code, vessel sailed
KZ OG – damaged vehicle, stolen vehicle, abandon to carrier, vehicle scrapped, donate vehicle, repair and auction
KZ OH – all other “O” type carrier codes
KZ T – second rail departure
KZ U – second rail arrival
KZ X – delivered to dealer
KZ Y1 – major damage – must not be sold as new
KZ Y2 – major damage – vehicle sold at auction
