I was about to order a BH mega diesel with the silver edition. I was at the dealer the day after it was grayed out and couldn’t order. No tech pack available either. Was disappointed. I let it go a week to see if it would open back up for order. Came back the following week and ordered a Laramie mega. The straw that broke the camels back was no power folding mirrors. Otherwise I’d be in a loaded BH. Had to pay 2k-ish more for the Laramie.

*a lot of bang for your buck in the silver edition pkg

Theres still now power folding mirrors on a laramie, just power adjustable manual folding.

I’d say there’s a lot. 30 trucks in JS status if I counted the sheet correctly plus a whole bunch of KZ stage trucks that have not reached “X” yet.

I’m sure the railroad is delayed with all the shipping hold ups and back logs going on.

My ESD was yesterday. That’s come and gone with no updates from Ram or my dealer. I was never given an estimated shipping window, just a date….which we all know, based on the thousands of posts in this forum, is a rough estimate at best. Currently at 91 days since order date and no truck yet. Sold my 2017 3500 two days before I ordered the new one thinking I would certainly have it by now.

My build is very similar to yours, so hopefully mine will be right behind yours...

I was searching on autotrader the other day and there are a bunch of 2021 Ram 2500/3500's recently hitting dealer lots. When you run the VIN to pull up the Window Sticker the date code at the bottom near the bar code is showing September and October 2021 dates. These are 2021 year model's...so I'm guessing they were sitting in storage for a while...waiting for parts to complete the build....because as we know they started building 2022's on August 9th 2021......Things that make you go.....hhhhmmmmm....
 
Congrats to all who have been built! My SRW HO mega limited has been in JS for 3 weeks now. Dealer says it’s either waiting for a train or a chip… not sure how you wait for a chip unless a part is missing lol. I have my build sheet and it is complete and matches my order perfectly. Sure wish I could pick up at the factory. Now for a window sticker and a train ride…

I know!! I was shocked to see the same thing. My wife is in the market for a 3/4 or 1 ton SRW and we’ve been doing some online searching. She’s found several 2021 trucks listed at dealers as “in transit”. I initially thought she was mistaken but she was absolutely not. Unreal how many 21’s are still in the transport stage out there.

On side subject, I just called in to Ram customer care to see if there’s an update on mine. No update. Still in JS status waiting for an inspection or a slot on a rail car. Not what I wanted to hear but nothing I can do at this point and sit on my hands like everyone else. On a positive note, I spoke with an agent named “Lois” and man….she was very pleasant and nice to work with over the phone. If you call in there, and she answers, consider yourself lucky. Probably the best agent I’ve had on the phone through Ram to date. They need more people like her answering the phones.

I hope mine arrives this weekend. Supposed to be delivered to DLR between 10/29 - 11/12. According to another member, its a 10 day trip to railyard from Saltillo and its already on second rail departure. Supposed to arrive to Railyard somewhere in North West 10/29.
