2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

I know this was answered before and I’m sorry in advance but what is POC?

Pain Ordering from Chrysler. Enough stated.

Perpetually Order-Checking. 90+% of people here.

Passionately Obsessed Customer. 100% of the people here when they first signed up. Falling fast.

Priority Order Calculus. Stellantis manufacturing scheduling and execution algorithms for H-D RAM trucks that randomly selects orders to build ensuring those who ordered in April, May and June wait the longest with little to no information while those who ordered in July and after get their orders on average on 8 weeks or less.

Pissed Off at C-status. Enough stated.

Punished Oblivious and Crying. June 30 orders and earlier.

Peace via Order Cancellation. The strong few pioneers amongst our midst.

Picking Out another Car. The next step for those same pioneers!

Google image search for "ram 2500 patriot blue". This looks accurate.

Don’t worry, you have plenty of company. The pile of treasures continues to grow! Not sure if the truck or the thuren lift with king shocks will show up first.

I know this doesn't add much to the conversation but after calling Ram Chat today and giving them my case #, they did have a small update. Apparently yesterday there was an update stating a part that was holding up my build was received. Unfortunately she couldn't tell me what part and said that it wasn't the only part needed. Some news is better than no news, right? Maybe it was a shipment of parts needed to start some of your builds. Big Horn HO ordered 7/20

How does RamChat give you that info when they can't even give anyone else a generic date? Really anything practical for that matter

A typical generic response was what I got at first but then I mentioned having a case # and she was like, "Oh! I do see there is an open case about this build. Let me see if I can find anything". After a minute or two she read an update posted yesterday. I'm not the only one with case numbers in here. Apparently when you have been waiting quite a while with absolutely no movement, you can get assigned a case #. After like 30 days of an open case with no new updates, it forces them to give you some kind of answer and supposedly puts you in a "priority" build status. I don't think that getting a priority status has any more power or purpose but to pacify anxious and angry people. By the way, it seems not all Ram Chat people are the same. Some are more helpful and dedicated than others.

You know what happens when everyone is a priority...
