2022 HD Crowdsourced VIN/Order Tracking

Looks like a bunch of limited/Longhorns. Sounds like Ram is prejudice against people that have to order bench seats.

Lol I have 2 trucks with bench seats on that spreadsheet. A lot of trucks around those 2 are getting build sheets but not us. Maybe it is the bench seats.

Do build sheets come out twice a day? One when the factory opens and one when they close? I see them come in at all hours.

Hey all, I'd love to submit my build to be added to the sheet. I ordered a 3500 HO Crew Cab Laramie SRW on 5/25. I have a VIN but zero movement. Thanks!

I imagine I'd get the same answer this morning too. I'm also a Laramie but ordered 3 days after you. What tech options did you get?

I have all the bad ones. BSM, Surround View, Trailer Surround View, Tow Mode Cam, Adapative Cruise, etc.
Yea, when I ordered it I got the night edition with level 1. Added sun roof and aux switches. It's been so long now but I remember clicking everything except the snow package. Even got the automatic running boards. I think the big thing with me is I just want to know what parts I'm waiting for and what exactly the hold up is on those parts. Not knowing anything drives me nuts.

I did check with Ramchat and got the same response you did this morning. D status.

I think it would be hard for Ram to give any of us an honest answer. The logic is probably extremely complicated. My best guess is it's something like this:

"Waiting on parts we can allocate to your truck considering profitability of other trucks we could build instead and the batching of trucks through the line in the interest of production optimization."

Because obviously they have had thousands of parts go through the factory for what my truck needs. They just made the decision to build other trucks rather than mine. I'm sure their optimization metric is profit. And I just haven't been the low hanging fruit yet.

Same here "D" as of this morning :( I guess having a RAM 5500 Limited is like a one off so who knows when that will be slotted in the factory production line. Should have went with a Tradesman.

And trucks that were ordered when MSRP was lower also decreases their profit if there is price protection.

Yea, I get why they are doing it. Lol I just don't want to get a 2022 in 2023
