This thing is rock solid and very easy to install. Static rated at 1400lbs with dynamic rating of 800lbs and off-road dynamic is 400lbs. My RTT is 160lbs, so should be okay

That looks good. Curious to the upright supports, are those cast aluminum? Care to snap a couple closer view shots of them. Rest of it looks like 80/20 extrusion?

Just got done adding a third bar as well as cargo pod and rack plates to mount rotopax on the outside, shovel and axe on inside.. Entire rack is aluminium and only weighs 85lbs. Not sure what 80/20 extrusion is, but here is a link to all the info https://www.leitnerdesigns.com/prod...r6l-za5tb-c9hda-cy93l-h3sap-agx47-l9dnn-wchan

Looks good. I had no idea RTTs were 160Lbs.
They can get a bit heavy. I just picked up a Roofnest Falcon XL, plenty of room for me. One of the main reasons I went with a 2500 for my overland build; gonna take a lot to make out my payload capacity. My Raptor had so little payload capacity, I was afraid to tow a trailer with it.
