I dropped State Farm like a hot turd earlier this year. Had a rat chew thru a main harness and they refused to cover anything. The adjuster and my agent hemmed and hawed around for a couple months. The straw that broke the camels back was when I called my agent for an update he asked verbatim "what do you expect me to do?". When I called to cancel my the coverage on everything they tried to offer me $250 towards the cost of the new harness ($7,500) to keep me as a customer.

I hope you fought that. You paid for your insurance and I know for a fact that issue is covered by insurance unless specifically stating otherwise. My grandmother had the same problem. The insurance just went ahead and totalled her Cadillac.

Same here. My truck has been in JS for about a month and a half now. Laramie lvl 2 3500 chassis cab. About 3 weeks ago i heard from ram chat/ram customer service(on phone call) that it was in process of shipping then but it never happened. Also dealer has 22 chassis cabs on the lot and a 4500 truck identical to the one i ordered just came in and sold. Extremely frustrating to say the least.

Are those cab chassis 2022s? I ordered my 5500 in February and don’t even have a VIN. I talked to my dealer yesterday. He said the retail pick ups are getting priority and fleet cab chassis orders aren’t being built.

Love the truck. I just cancelled a Red Pearl Night Laramie and ordered a Patriot Blue Night Limited. Both colors are awesome.
