2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

What say what now what? You don’t get power mirrors on a $69k Laramie now?
Just for the record, current ride is a '17 Laramie, around the same price at the time. Came with power folding mirrors (a must), heated rear seats, primo Alpine (17 speaker?) stereo. Standard for Laramie then. Didn't see the need to step up to a Limited at the time.
Now it's either options on Laramie, and even at Limited level HK primo stereo is part of a $4200 package, not standard.
Kinda reminds me of when I ordered the 2011- only available engine in the 3500 was the Cummins (was gonna order a 2500) but was an option priced out from standard so 3500 was the way to go. 2017 comes along, now you can get a gas engine in 3500, and Cummins option jacks the price $9000+. Instant $10k to stickers.

Looks like the ramtrucks.com configurator is getting close to launching...you can now go to the 2022 build page and not get an error. It appears to show the updated MSRP pricing, but none of the 2022 options are available yet and things like UConnect still reference UC4.

MSRP comparison between the 2021 and 2022 pages.

Yep, when you click to configure it takes you back to a page to choose the trim level again which ends up sending you to the 2021 configurator options. I think the MSRP stays correct, but the options aren't correct.

My question is what if you ordered the truck and now they are saying all these kinds of things?

if it was ordered I think your good, it's new orders that they were dropped from.

I was also told once the order is accepted you are safe under most circumstances.

Once the order is placed i expect your configuration is secure. But the problem is your POC simply says Safety Group or whatever without listing what that group included. For example the early Safety Group on a Longhorn included Digital Rearview Mirror but the current package does not appear to include that. There are also changes in base Laramie features that sre not explicitly listed on the PoC or Order documents.
