An upholstery shop that knows what they are doing would be well aware of the materials needed to re-cover the seats.

And the material they use has the correct tear spots for the bags to pop out of.

I put my VIN in the site and it's a jeep site, does it do RAM also? It told me my VIN had to be a 17 digit #,

3C63RRNL2NG136411. Looks like 17 digits to me.????

Just saw a window sticker of a 2500 at a dealership in NM. It's a limited and lists a Uconnect 5 with 12" screen and 9 Alpine speakers instead of 17 HK??? Is this correct?

Yes I am in Eau Claire, Mine is at the dealer waiting for me to pick it up on Monday. It just happened to come a week before I was ready to take delivery.
