2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

So much speculation on this page it's unreal. Sometimes I wonder why I stick around... Then the site goes down for a day and I go crazy. So yeah, not going anywhere, just have to smack my head sometimes at the misinformation and craziness

That is going to cost FCA a lot of sales.

In checking how the program worked (so I could use Tread Lightly), I found a listing of eligible Affiliate Companies and ID numbers that went on for 2 or 3 hundred 'typewritten' pages.

With the only alternative being all those predatory dealers charging MSRP+, how do they figure that people won't purchase from other manufacturers instead??? Business must be great...

Before I ordered my truck I had 4 dealers from 3 different states flat out refuse to accept my affiliate rewards control number.

My local dealer agreed to affiliate pricing, but my truck won't arrive until after Oct 1. I'll be calling to see if I can get the price locked in before delivery.

I'm not sure if this helps out at all, but I called the affiliate department at FCA and they told me there is no such thing as of them shutting that all down. They also said, some dealers as of October 1st have the option to not participate in the rewards anymore due to low inventory on the lot. So I'm guessing it's all up to the dealers now

VIN may take a week. Ramchat can actually find that for you with your VON and other order details.

For me, waiting to spend $75k is coming rather easy.
It’s really only been one day. I’ll make it….I think…..At the moment my 2017 is still worth $63,000 trade in so I’m only planning to be out around $18,000.

It may be wishful thinking, but this seems more likely than doing away with it altogether.

Honestly, I'm probably jumping ship and abandoning my order. I ordered a Tradesman 6/24 w/ safety group. It's been in D status since then w/ zero forward progression. Now halting production and ending affiliate pricing in the same day. I'm beyond disappointed.

DO IT!!! (While secretly thinking 1 less truck in front of me might help me)

I received a call from my dealer yesterday who advised that my truck was in. Went this morning and picked it up. Order 7/14, ship date of 8/28. Low on tech Tradesman. Good luck to everyone. Somethings has got to give and these higher tech units need to come in.
Nice!! I ordered a BH 3500 in the Olive and cannot wait!!!

What's your initial thoughts on the Rambox and the smaller bed space? The pic you posted of the bed makes it look pretty narrow. Thanks and congrats on taking delivery!
Still wide enough to carry the plywood, probably about 49", would probably have trouble loading larger four wheelers though. However this is the second vehicle I've had with the ramboxes and I don't ever plan on having a truck without them, I love them! However I do have a 78 Ford with an 8-ft bed at home for hauling larger loads.
