2023 probably.is there any ETA on that feature being offered again?
Sweet! When will my truck get here? VIN is 3C63RRGL7NG100534I have the shipping details at work
The HD one is like the 1500 used to be. You push the round lock to open it. With the new 1500 you push the little button on the side. The new 1500 ram boxes seem much lighter than they used to be as well.Does anyone know what the difference is between the 1500 and HD rambox latches? 1500 is first, 2500 second.

And I just notice a difference between the styling of the RamBoxes themselves, at least on the 2021MY.View attachment 22240View attachment 22241
ChipI am not sure if it is due to the chip shortage or a shortage getting power folding mirrors, but this is why they are only available on the limited ATM.
I meant trucks and trains!Sweet! When will my truck get here? VIN is 3C63RRGL7NG100534
Stopped to see my dealer this afternoon. My BH is allegedly in a Chicago railyard. I am hoping we are still on track for the ETA of next week with the substantial amount of rail traffic from the west being "paused" by UP and BNSF to help clear up the Midwest's chokepoint. While there I did eyeball their 22 BH 2500 they recently got in. Nice.It just keeps getting better, my Level B BH was ordered on June 14th
I believe Norfolk Southern has most of the eastbound traffic.I will have to check that,I don't think it's CSX for the east coast.
Im in the same boat, ship date 9/25, no build sheet. D1 as of yesterday. Not optimistic.Emailed with Sandi today and my Laramie 2500 est ship date has moved UP by a day to 9/24 from 9/25. However, there's no build sheet yet. Hard to believe they could actually get it built and shipped by this Thursday. Anyone know if "shipped" means on the train or just out of the factory?
The trucks leave the plant on Union Pacific RR (first link) and Then transfer to CSX (the second link) if going to the east coast

It appears to me that UP and Kansas City Southern both have a presence in Mexico and there is not a hand-off at the border, but I don't work down there so I don't know for sure.Actually, the Mexican railroad Ferromex pulls the loaded auto racks from the plant and brings them to the border (Eagle Pass, Tx) to be handed off (depending on the final destination of the particular railcar) to either BNSF or UP for them to hand off to a connecting carrier unless the destination auto terminal is online.
There are a number of auto terminals that handle east coast deliveries. It all depends on where the purchasing dealer is located.
Interesting . Basically no way to track where your truck is during shipping haha . I’m in Massachusetts so no idea what carrier handles the East coast. Hopefully arrives scratch freeIt appears to me that UP and Kansas City Southern both have a presence in Mexico and there is not a hand-off at the border, but I don't work down there so I don't know for sure.

Same situation, ship date moved from 9/23 to 9/22 but dealer says they still dont have a build sheet as of today. Says we'll check tomorrow to see if it magically changes overnight to anything other than D1..Emailed with Sandi today and my Laramie 2500 est ship date has moved UP by a day to 9/24 from 9/25. However, there's no build sheet yet. Hard to believe they could actually get it built and shipped by this Thursday. Anyone know if "shipped" means on the train or just out of the factory?
