My last one was a 2 1/2 " but just looked at another 3500 it has a 3".. mine was single wheel and the other one is a drw not sure if that helped or not.Dumb question, what size receiver hitch comes on the 3500 from the factory? Is it 2 1/2 inches or 3 inches?

I plan on having mine shipped from them to me.Has anyone had their truck delivered from Mark Dodge a long distance? I'm curious if they drive it to you or put it on a trailer.
They are 1000 miles from me, so if someone is gonna put a thousand miles on the truck, I think I'll fly there and do it myself.
Pulled from 5th Gen forum:Your dealer adds the option when they place the order. It just guaranties you get your locked in price.
Yes. There was a member in NorCal I believe that had one shipped. It goes on a trailer. There are a lot of people in AZ and SoCal that ordered from Mark Dodge (prior to Andrea in AZ). Most of us are looking to have them shipped. You’re probably looking at $0.80-$1.20 per mile.Has anyone had their truck delivered from Mark Dodge a long distance? And you’ll also get any other discounts that RAM offers…like if the truecar discount is extended to 2022s….you get a personal offer from RAM. etc.Well I sent Sandi my build.
MSRP $67,680
Her offer $59,961 + 444 Doc
All my research says 2.5” But I just stopped by my dealer for a status update and saw a 2500 SRW on the lot and using my iPhone measure app it was 3 inches.

2.5”Can anyone help?

The state of LA upped the max allowed from $200 to $425 so Mark Dodge took advantage of the law change. They upped their doc fee from 200 to 444 a couple months ago.

Well that's really going to peeve me off... big time. I don't see any indication of price protecting, and I'm not paying $5K or so more since these prices have been clicking up over the last 3 months.... I'll bow out and keep the 2021.Did your POC show the optional "Price Protection"?
If that option does not appear on your POC it gives the
dealer the option to raise pricing in relation to FCA price increases.
I waited 8 months for my truck and the price was exactly what the dealer
and I agreed on the day I ordered it. He had put on the "3AB Price Protection" option.
agreed. And the longer it takes them to build…the more they’re moving prices higher and higher. Seems like it should all automatically be locked in when you ordered.Well that's really going to peeve me off... big time. From my understanding it sounds like it didnt need to be on the POC, and most of us should qualify unless you didnt agree on a price, or you wait a long time to pick your truck up. But im stupid so im probably wrong.Pulled from 5th Gen forum:
Price Protection
Price Protection is available on sold orders to protect the customer from price increases which occur between the vehicle order date and the KZ (invoice) date. A claim for Price Protection must meet the following criteria:
The sale must be documented by a signed and dated buyer’s order which details the agreed upon selling price at the time of order and secured by a customer’s deposit with receipts at time of order. Dealer must print and retain the Order Confirmation
Ordered new for immediate production, or selected from dealer stock orders not yet invoiced, and delivered to the original customer
Must be delivered within 14 days of the date the vehicle is received at the dealership (KZX date)
Must be delivered to the customer whose name is on the factory order and subsequent factory invoice at the documented agreed upon price at time of order
You must claim Price Protection by inserting the price protection program number on the Exception Claim Entry Screen when reporting the sale. Program numbers are in the Pricing Announcements and stored in DealerCONNECT eFiles under Sales.
Price Protection claims are made via "DealerCONNECT > Sales > Incentives Claims Processing > Incentive Claim Entry > Exception Claim Entry"
4.10 on a SO diesel? That’s an option? My dealer looked into it and said he couldn’t order that combo.Well that's really going to peeve me off... big time. Yeah, that's interesting. Thought that was a DRW/HO option only.4.10 on a SO diesel? That’s an option? My dealer looked into it and said he couldn’t order that combo.
Contact my dealer. Gupton Ram, in Springfield, TN. My salesman was Kemmy. They are Located just off i65 near TN/KY line. I almost ordered from MArk Dodge. Sandi was great but that drive is a killer tho.I contacted Mark Dodge. Got some other salesmen. I mentioned the great deals people here have gotten, he brought up incentives and that there aren't any for the Power Wagon yet but he did inform that if I put a non-refundable deposit down on a truck now, I could qualify for incentives if RAM comes out with any while my truck is being built. If I was going to pay MSRP I wouldn't buy a truck from a dealer 1000 miles away from me.
Is there a way to contact Sandi directly? Or is their a secret phrase you have to say to get a deal?
