I ordered a 2500 Laramie, then a month later canceled and ordered the same truck in 3500. As dumb as this might sound, the coil springs was the reason. Gotta have leaf springs. Don't know why, just do. And BTW, the 3500 was $2,400.00 more.
Yea....if you've been following along, the "back of the line" is getting more progress than the front. Might get it sooner... who knows...
Not one that I wanted so I didn't ask about that option. As many times as I reworked my order, I tried not to waste too much of his time since other people were waiting on him. Below is my build sheet to show everyone what was not restricted on the Limited.
I wouldn’t count on it just being two weeks. Mines been in storage for a month with no ship date.

Good call. On that note i'm gonna cancel my early august order and make a new one tomorrow. It'll probably go D1 status on thursday lol
I advised of this as well some time ago. Ram quit making 2500's w/leafs some years back, you can only get 2500's with coils now. I just had a 15' Ram with leafs as well and i had no squatting at all with loads up around 9k-12k pounds, my bro-in-law bought an 18' 2500 tradesman and it has coils and his load handling sucks a$$, and he had a ton of issues with his bed being level with a 3" level/lift. That is the number one reason I went with a 3500. My son-in-law also has an 18' Ram Limited w/only factory airbags (no coils/no leafs), I had to use his truck to pull my camper Labor Day Weekend and it was squirmy as hell.
my laramie hemi was ordered 6/19...... still no build sheet. def makes no sense how theyre building them. But congrats!!
Well, my wife called back and said never mind. She called another dealership and they told her it would be Jan / Feb before it would be in so she said I can upgrade later. But I didnt know that about the springs. I also didn't know that a 50 gal tank was an option. I am making a list already.
I was told never to pull anything with a lifted truck, ever. I did get factory airbags on my 2500. My 2020 didn't have an issue pulling my 5th wheel but did squat a little bit so I got the airbags for this truck.
I think it's sheer, dumb luck...and ordering from a high volume dealer (Sandi @ Mark Dodge) with no sunroof to leak...again
Bro-in-law had to add aftermarket air bags as well. He said he had too to offset the crappy coil squat and squirm as well. He also put an anti-sway bar on..... Seems like to much BS to add for a HD truck from factory IMAO ya know :/..reasoning for LEAFS
