Has anyone else had issues with Memory Module for seat and mirror failing?

Hi y'all!
So, my 2020 Power Wagon has had 3 failures of Memory Module. First time was after a detail, no excessive water or anything out of the ordinary, unexplainable. Second time was after dealer replaced entire infotainment Radio under warranty (that's another story) and when I picked it up, memory module failed, subsequently replaced 2nd time. Yesterday, failed again, no reason.
Wondering if anyone else has experienced this or has info to help prevent this in the future?

Thank you, that's what I was thinking. I'll be bringing it in again next week hopefully. I guess I'll have to rant a bit so they dig deeper!
