lol. There is no VIP. This is a standard / canned email response generated from RAM chat I assuming as I have never signed up for any email alerts. My dealer does a pretty good job of giving me updates.

Tow Mode Camera (Wired) $450 option- this is the digital camera for the digital rear view mirror that you would attach to the back of a trailer, and plug into the bumper. It’s image will display in the rear view mirror only, and will be selectable between that camera, and the rear view mirror camera that is in the CHMSL.

Mopar Trailer Camera Wiring w/No Camera $515 option- this is the truck wiring prep for the aux trailer cameras 1&2 that have been offered for a few years now, and it would include the 12/7 way trailer connector. This option only preps the truck wiring itself to accept the trailer wiring kit, and has the feature for the aux cameras enabled in the radio. The camera kit with wiring that plugs into the 12 way connector is available separately.

To avoid derailing any further, if you start a thread specific to the differences between all these camera systems on the 2022s, and tag me in it, I can explain in more detail how each of them gets hooked up to the truck.

I would like to know what I ordered is what I needed, and what I still need to buy.

Most sales guys were clueless, even the ones that knew what a 3500 was.....

I call my salesman today, he say I'm the same status good old D. Ship dat is still Aug. 14. He told me RAM is not updated for what reason. He said, my truck should be here at the end of the month or early next month . I'm in Pittsburgh, Pa. I still have no equipment list when I look vin# 3C6UR5KL4NG100558. It's Patriot Blue/ Sliver. I do have most of the bells and whistles. No sunroof, 12 screen or 20 inch tires. Still hopefully by Halloween it will be here.
